Book it!!! We had the best day riding around town and trying all the tacos. The guides felt like old friends, and our group got along well. The stops were pleasantly varied, and we were also treated to a lot of cultural history. I would go on this tour again. Bring hand wipes so you can refresh before each taco, and keep your eyes out for little shops you can pop into at each stop. At one of the stops, we all got a drink (we paid for), and they ended it with a yummy drink(on them) as well.

This was one of the more interesting tours we did, as we were able to sightsee around Condesa and Roma Norte all while on a leisurely bike ride. Our ride took us through a variety of settings: beautiful tree-lined streets to well-traveled intersections amongst cars. Those unaccustomed to city life may be overwhelmed. Helmets were optional. Our guide, Beto, was engaging and friendly. Most of the tacos were pretty good and gave us a way to try places we might not have otherwise. We did seem to bypass the newer, more popular Michelin Guide listed taco places that sometimes had lines out front. Overall, it was a unique and fun way see Condesa and Roma Norte. Recommended.
The Michelin Taco Bike Tour was such a dope experience! Being able to explore Mexico City on bikes while stopping at different taco spots made the experience even better. Each stop offered something different, and every taco was extremely delicious!
Our host, Berto, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the taco spots and shared some interesting history about the city along the way. It was the perfect mix of great food, sightseeing, and good company. We even made some new friends with others on the tour, which made the experience that much more memorable. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!
It was a great experience. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. They won’t take you to the most popular sites but they’ll take you to great ones that are “off the beaten path”.
Phenomenal experience. Berto was a fabulous host for my friend group. Every taco stop was 10/10 for both flavor and experience! If you want to experience the CDMX taco scene you need to take this tour, could not recommend this tour enough!

My partner and I hadn’t ridden bicycles in a long time, so we were a little worried before the tour. But our guides were very professional and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire ride.

Raoul was an excellent bike tour guide. Greeted us at beginning of tour. Explained the routes and places we’d stop. Along the way , he’d checked back to see if group was keeping up on bikes. Alerted us on various pot holes and hanging wires in streets.. Told history and described the food of each stops. The personal side stories was a nice touch. Provided us with rain ponchos for the rain. Really enjoyed the trip
Our Michelin Taco Tour was easily one of the highlights of our time in Mexico City. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, and the tacos were absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, distinctive, and genuinely some of the best we had during the entire trip. It was a fantastic way to experience the depth and variety of Mexico City’s taco culture rather than simply visiting a collection of popular spots.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our guide, Axle. He was incredibly friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to from the very beginning. He did an excellent job of making the tour feel personal and relaxed while still sharing plenty of interesting information about the food, the neighborhoods, and the culture surrounding each stop. He kept everyone involved in the conversation and created an atmosphere that felt much more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend than being on a typical organized tour.
Axle also made us feel completely safe while riding through an unfamiliar city. Navigating Mexico City by bike could have felt intimidating, but he was attentive, confident, and careful throughout the tour, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about traffic or finding our way.
Axle’s enthusiasm was genuine and contagious, and his personality added so much to the experience. The combination of phenomenal tacos, a well-planned itinerary, a safe and enjoyable ride, and such an engaging guide made this an unforgettable afternoon.
We would enthusiastically recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City, whether you are a serious food lover or simply want a fun and authentic introduction to the city. And if you have the opportunity to tour with Axle, even better. He was absolutely fantastic.
Andresa was a great guide. Was nervous about riding a bike, as I haven’t done so in years. But the experience was GREAT and I would definitely recommend it.
BOOK THIS NOW!!! Simon and Berto were ABOVE and BEYOND! We had 3 kiddos ( age 6,3 and 1) and they always made sure we were safe, together, and well fed! The tacos were incredible - GF options available - and the kids LOVED the bike ride. Would 100% go back and book again! Can't say enough awesome things about this tour!!! thank you guys!
Had a fantastic bike tour with Raul! He was friendly and very knowledgeable providing us historical facts throughout the tour. We ate at 5 spots, all different and very tasty. I was full by the middle of the tour, it was so much fun! I would recommend this tour group specifically!
This was my favorite part of visiting Mexico City. Mario was the best guide; he answered every question and walked us through the nuance of local history— as well as the details of the taquerias. After the ride , he could have bounced. Instead, he stayed with us to explain more about Mexico and discuss geopolitics informing today’s events. Muchas gracias Mario. Good luck with your degree!!
DO IT!! This experience was so much fun! Not only do you get incredible tacos, you also get to explore so many other parts of the city. The tour guides made this experience so fun, they were 10/10! It is a lot of food so don’t overeat in the beginning like I did! I ran out of stomach space towards the end
This was a great way to explore the city! Specifically the areas of Roma Norte and Condesa! The biking was super easy and flat and the food was delicious! Come on an empty stomach as all 5 tacos are worth every bite. We left super full but very happy. Our guides Beto and Andresa were excellent!
The terrain is flat. Very easy ride. The food was delicious and our guide was great! A great mix of high end tacos and a couple of classic taquerias in the mix. Excellent way to see the neighborhood.
It was great way to see two beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico City and try tacos from different restaurants. Our guide, Mario, was very friendly and patient with my family. The conversations we had were a great way of getting to know the country and culture.
Our tour guides Alex and Raul were PHENOMENAL! it felt like we were with family! It was such a treat getting to know them and learning about the culture of Mexico and each dish. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! DO THE TOUR!!
This was such an amazing tour. Mario, and his sidekick (can't recall her name, sadly) were fantastic, he gave us so much insight as to the history of Mexico City and all the places he took us were delicious. I can not recommend this tour more, it is a MUST
Really lovely and relaxed cycling tour around Condesa and Roma Norte area of Mexico City. The two guides we had were great: really looked after us on the roads, spoke good English and gave a great overview of Mexico City and especially tacos. We stopped at 5 different taco places, all very different which was fun! We were in CDMX only for a few days so the tour was a great way to see the city.
This tour was a lot of fun and the tacos were excellent! We took this tour on our first full day in Mexico City. It was a great way to get our bearings in the La Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods. We felt safe biking with our guide, even though most of us hadn’t biked in YEARS or even a decade.
The tacos were all so unique and delicious! Our group included vegetarians, someone who didn’t eat pork, and carnivores. There were plenty of delicious options for all. We were so full by the end of the tour, we skipped dinner that night.
The guides were friendly and just the bike ride through the beautiful neighbors on a Saturday afternoon would have been enough. 5 taco places, each with a different style, all very tasty. The tour added their own favorite spot at the end, which to all our suprise was the favorite over the 4 Michelon ones. Thanks for a really nice afternoon.

This tour is a must if you’re visiting CDMX and staying near La Condesa or Roma Norte. We rode around the neighborhoods and got to try Michelin-rated tacos. All were amazing. It’s a great way to try different spots that are probably on your to-do list. But even more so, it’s a total vibe; riding around the city, and experiencing it through the eyes of local experts. Our tour guides were absolutely awesome! They took good care of everyone, made sure we were safe, and shared their knowledge about the local culture. So glad we got to do this!
