    do not book this attraction. It may only be six dollars but it’s a scam. It says it will send you an audio link which I never received. Also, it is not clear where the meeting point is. not only did I waste my time, but I wasted my money and the contact operator is not responding.

Our Melbourne Self-Guided Audio Experience is clearly described across every section of our listing as a self-guided audio tour. The tour materials — two private access links (SoundCloud audio playlist and Google My Maps interactive itinerary) — are delivered digitally through the booking platform's messaging system before the traveler's selected start time. There is no physical meeting point because none is required. This is explicitly stated in our Additional Information section, which every traveler is expected to read before booking. In this specific case, there was a 30-minute delay in sending the access links. We acknowledge that delay, took immediate action to resolve it, and proactively issued a full refund without any dispute. The traveler received their refund in full. Despite this, they proceeded to leave a review labeling our professional service a "scam" — a serious and defamatory claim that is demonstrably false, given that a refund would not have been issued if the product were fraudulent, and given that the service functions exactly as described for every other traveler.
