Please provide your accommodation name, full address, and a reachable phone number when booking. For riads inside the Medina where vehicle access is restricted, pickup will take place at the nearest accessible meeting point. We will confirm the exact location and pickup time before your experience. Pickup times vary depending on sunrise, weather conditions, and accommodation location. Please be ready 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. After the balloon experience and breakfast, return transportation is provided to your agreed drop-off location in Marrakech.
