Pick up and drop off at the Inn Enjoy convenient transportation to take you and back to your Inn. Check-out times in the morning are: 8:15 to 8:40 from Agadir city center, 8:50 in Anza, and 9:00 in Tamraght and Taghazout. For the afternoon: 2:20 pm from downtown Agadir, 14:45 in Anza, and 15:00 in Tamraght and Taghazout. If you choose the Paradise Valley Guided Tour with Local Guide, transfer is not included. Our Guide will meet you on site, in the parking lot of the valley.

I loved this excursion! It was well organised, the guys, mohamed and nabil were super friendly and went the extra mile! Couldnt recommend more! Definitely bring your swimming gear and camera! Absolutely stunning!

Amazing day out so much value for money. Stopped off at bitonic gardens for breakfast. The scenery is amazing & the natural pools stunning. I would say its not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as a lot of steps & uneven ground

Great experience and such good value for money. Lovely botanical garden visited on the way with tea provided. We did a half day. Pick up etc all on time. Friendly and chatty guide who was clearly proud of his home area. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you take cash for toilets, refreshments etc as it’s remote.

Pick up on time, a few stops before reaching paradise valley. It is a bit of a walk down and up a dirt path so recommended to wear training shoes. Driver and tour guide were great. To be honest it wasn’t like the pictures lots of rubbish lying around including in the small lagoon for swimming in… worth going for the trek rather than the swim..

Wear trainers or climbing boots. Carry water. Not as pretty as I thought it would be. Wouldn't do it again

Pick was 45 min late, drive to valley felt like shopping trip. Felt like we are children on school trip who were managed all the time- would have preferred to drop at the valley with instructions and everyone walks with their own space.
Place itself is so busy and touristy but that is up to individual to decide for themselves.

Idris our guide was fantastic. The trip was fantastic provided you are very fit. I dont think that the trip details explain sufficiently that if you are older or have any worries about doing this trip at all, then dont do it. We parked at the top of the valley´(we incorrectly assumed that we would be walking along it from the valley bottom, and there are many steps, ledges, uneven paths and some very rock areas/ledges to traverse and stepping stones across rivulets and quite high stepped areas to get up and down if you were short like myself. My husband, and myself to a certain degree, whilst not having mobility issues as such really struggled getting back up to the top from the valley floor. Idris the guide was a star helping him all the way. Having said that the trip and scenery was great and we felt a great achievement having done it.

Having gone on many Viator tours around the world, we expected the same high standards here. We never found out our guides name as he didn't introduce himself to us individually or to the group.
We passed many interesting buildings, sites, historic and modern. None of this was pointed out nor was a potted history of Morocco, Agadir, the Paradise Valley and the amazing geology of the area. The guide literally reconfirmed our 3 stops. These were breakfast( flat bread and 3 dips) at a women's cooperative- he managed to combine the afternoon element into the morning one. The Botanical gardens were a small herb garden at the cooperative.
The car park at the Paradise Valley was full of minibuses, which meant that they had discharged hordes of tourists to tramp the path to the hidden Valley where standing room is difficult, let alone finding somewhere clean to sit for the 40 minutes we were left there. Who knows what peak season is like as we were there in Winter.
Our 'guide', I'll use that term loosely, was more interested in talking to his driver and the various local people he knew at each stop. I dared to interrupt his conversation about the magnificent fossils for sale at a stop, which was shut down immediately.
I hope Viator addresses some training here so that their guides here in Agadir have some basic touristic information to impart to its customers. A taxi driver could have given us the same experience and that's not what you expect from a Viator tour.

Did what it said on the tin. Berber breakfast (just bread and dips with mint tea but tasty enough), botanic garden small and part of cafe and shop where you can buy local argan and honey products. Stop for photo of 'oasis'. About 30 min walk down to valley, lovely refreshing dip in cool fresh water holes. Only had 45 mins, would have enjoyed at least an hour. Driver kindly dropped us to Aourir so we could catch local bus to Tagazhout for the afternoon. Very good value for £12 per person.

Unfortunately this was really rushed and the driver was driving fast and constantly overtaking, which didn’t give you time to enjoy the scenery or feel safe. Paradise valley was very busy and a bit of a trek.

Disappointing. First of all, an hour before the tour I received a text saying that I was not going to be picked up at my hotel as I had booked (instead walking 15 minutes away) and that I would be picked up 45 minutes later than I had booked. Back and forth text negotiating led to an agreement to be picked up at my hotel 30 minutes later than booked (no problem) but then I received a phone call wondering why I wasn’t at the original place they wanted me to be at, not my hotel. . Not well organized. There was no guided part of this tour except by the friendly, knowledgeable French/English speaking woman at the argan and honey facility. She was good. And I thought that the complimentary snack there (bread; honey, argan butter, olive oil; mint tea) was good. Our guide spoke very little the whole tour and when he did speak English it was not at guide level quality. Paradise Valley itself was not at all what I expected: it was a mule-train of visitors walking along a sometimes-difficult narrow trail (I’d hate to do this on the rain or to do it with any mobility issues!), souvenir stands in multiple parts of the trail, and then the pools themselves are overrun with people. Not at all the idyllic nature trip I imagined. That’s not the fault of the guide so my rating isn’t based on that.

First, regarding the pickup location: your riad is located inside Tamraght, where some streets are very narrow and unfortunately not accessible by car. For this reason, we initially asked to meet you in front of a very well-known restaurant close to your accommodation, approximately a 5-minute walk away and not 15 munites
Second, regarding Paradise Valley: this excursion is one of the most popular trips in the Agadir region, especially when there is a lot of water, and it is highly recommended by many travelers. As you can see from our reviews, many guests really enjoy the experience. That said, we understand that expectations can differ, and during busy periods the area can be crowded, which is beyond our control.
Concerning the guide, we would also like to note that our guide Rachid has received many positive reviews from previous clients, especially regarding his English-speaking skills. Nevertheless, we respect your personal experience and take your feedback seriously.

I really enjoyed this excursion and Nabil was professional but also relaxed, helpful and a good/careful driver. The botanical gardens were interesting and no sales talk. The water was lovely and I even enjoyed a jump off the cliff into the deep pool which was fun, especially with the crowd cheering everyone on. I was surprised the price was so low for the excursion.

They picked and dropped us on time. Nabil was very responsible and supportive throughout the trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable and offered multiple stops for breaks and toilet etc. He also stopped for people who were slow hikers. It was a brilliant experience. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in Agadir/taghazout and wants to go to Paradise valley

It was a great trip and the guide was excellent. However due to the long dry spell there was no waterfall and the pool was very low.
I would still recommend the tour but don't be to disappointed with the very low water level. The guides can't change that but do explain the impact.

Tour guide was lovely and stopped at an argan oil place but it took a long time to get there from agadir and the place looks nothing like the photos wasn’t anywhere to go for a swim only a small area to dip your feet in was a bit disappointing may be nicer after a good rain fall and nicer to go morning/early afternoon to get the sun

Beautiful place. Great hike. We had a lovely guide called Mohamed that I would reccomend for more trips. It was super hot so better done in the morning and make sure you have water and good shoes. Will be back again!!!

Excellent experience today. Was a very smooth experience from start to finish with both the tour guide Mohammed and the driver. They were both very nice, friendly guys who really looked after the group. Mohammad took extra care to ask if we were able to do the walk to the pool at the end, which was quite challenging. It was worth the walk to the pool at the end where we could swim. Mohammad couldn't have been nicer. Thank you very much for your hospitality

It was a fantastic experience! The driver and our tour guide Mihammed was great. They came to pick us up at our hotel exactly on time! Always smily and agile Mohammed led the whole team efficiently and explained everything we wanted to know. Really appreciated their service and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the drive to the valley and the return journey! Not sure if they covered all places as we did not stop at the widest part of the stream as the pictures featured in the advert. Nevertheless, it was a memorable trip.

The guide was great super chilled. Enjoyed the botanical garden, breakfast and products visit. Nice to be up in the Atlas Mountains, views were amazing. Paradise valley was a pleasant hike though the pools were disappointing due to lack of rainfall still enjoyed the excursion overall
