30 minutes before the start of the appointment on the D-day, the provider announces that there will be no male masseurs we asked for (because we are Muslim men) instead they offered us female masseuses!! otherwise they told us we must pay more to have male masseurs!! . "The 2 available left their posts in the morning". While we had already paid for the service which included (hammam, massage and swimming pool and we could precuss for free if we wanted male or female massagers). Especially since we had taken good care the day before to ask them confirmation by message the availability of male massagers. And they told us “yes, no problem.” And that the driver was going to call us in the morning for the pick up time at our hotel.. such a person did not contact us it was always us who tried to reach them the day before and on D-Day to know how the pick up would go etc... Until 30 min before the pick up seeing that no one called us we called them and there they tell us no male massagers! we lost the day! For nothing. So we had the choice between “masseuses femmes or change of schedule or cancellation.” Of course we chose the cancellation.
