We won’t be using this company again

Marcy_D, Sep 2026

While the car and driver were nice, they scheduled our pickup an hour after our plane landed and then were late. I explained that we would be ready for pickup within 30 minutes of landing, but was told they only had that time. What’s the point of scheduling a private transfer if you have to stand outside for an hour waiting? We had to ask the driver to take the toll road twice after he started heading into traffic the old way. They also charged an extra $10 cash as an “entry fee” to Puerto Los Cabos which we have never paid in over 20 trips to this hotel. From what we saw, he did not pay anyone the $10 we gave him.

We regret the inconvenience, but the details regarding your pickup time and the arrival tax were provided at the time of booking—and you accepted them. We don't know why you are raising this issue now, but it isn't fair to complain after having already used the service. Furthermore, if you travel as much as you say, you know that prices go up every year.

Practical airport transportation

chellet, Mar 2024

I did not want to find a taxi to Cabo once we got out of the airport so I found this group. They quoted $75 for two from SJD to our hotel. We set the time. I read from reviews they tend to be later than "promised" but we took a chance. Most of our other rides took at least 15 minutes to get us going from previous trips. We found our name at umbrella #4. We were told the driver was on his way, late due to traffic (it is spring break), they sat us down in the shade to wait for driver. He arrived as stated. He was cordial and drove us to our hotel. He even gave suggestions for tacos we were craving. We made reservations for Monday pick up from hotel. I requested 9am (a lot of cushion time in case of traffic). He showed up at 9:23, was cordial and got us to the airport in plenty of time to go through customs and even eat a pizza. The company was nice and friendly, they get the job done despite snafus like traffic. Plan accordingly.

Horrible experience and no accountability!

Anessa_L, Feb 2024

The fact that my flight arrived at 3:35pm and I didn’t leave the airport until 6:30pm and didn’t receive the beer and water that I was supposed to.

Great drive. Long wait

Shawdi_M, Jul 2022

Very clean and air conditioned car. Courteous driver. Only annoyance was that we had to wait 25 min at the airport until the driver arrived

Response from Host, Jul 2022

Hello, an apology for the inconvenience, our goal is to give you the best service and the waiting time was because your car was waiting for you and it took you more than 40 minutes to exit the terminal to leave the cars cannot wait that long but it was assigned another car as soon as possible, we hope to be able to take you on your next trip to show you that that our goal is to give you the best service always

Trip to Cabos

Noe_G, May 2022

It a good experience, but a bit pricey for the service as they charge in USD. Good communication from Max

Transport from the airport in Cabo

Gregg_A, Sep 2020

We had a great experience at the airport in Cabo. We walked right past all of the time share sharks to canopy #4 and met our driver. He loaded our bags in the car and offered a water or a beer for the ride. It was worth the money.

Response from Host, Sep 2020

Thank you for your comments we hope to serve you in the future

You need this!

Danene_C, Mar 2020

Exactly what we needed after a day of traveling. We got off the flight and we’re bombarded by people wanting to sell us tours and set up transportation. The day before we landed I had received a text from this company that they would meet us outside by the number 4 umbrella. I was so thrilled to be able to walk by all of the madness knowing that I had already set up everything. There they were with my name on a sign and they took me and carried our luggage to a clean suv and got us underway for the 40 minute trip to our hotel. He was so nice and friendly and were enjoyed our trip. He was a safe driver and I even booked them for our trip back. Highly recommend them. Best to have your travel set up ahead of time. Thank you so much.

Response from Host, Mar 2020

Thank you so much for this comments was a pleasure serve to you we hope serve in then new future
