Paulo, our guide, was fantastic. The communication was great, pick up, tour and drop off went smoothly. We learned so much about Finland and enjoyed touring Porvoo. Paulo is great and has so much knowledge about the area. We had a wonderful day.

This was a relaxed tour of a fascinating old town in Finland. Our guide was knowledgeable and talkative. We stopped at a local cafe and had time to do some shopping.

It was a nice and enjoyable 4-hour tour. Porvoo is beautiful and peaceful with some historical buildings. Paulo is friendly and shares with me the history and present Finland. It is great to be on his tour.

Amazing tour! Porvoo is a nice contrast to the cityscape in Helsinki, and I highly recommend taking this tour. Paulo himself is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and an absolute joy to be around. I almost had to cancel my tour at one point due to a potential work conflict, and even though the tour page says no refunds, Paulo was willing to work with me on the cancellation. Luckily, I ended up being able to make it, and it was the highlight of my trip. I'm sure there are plenty of great Porvoo tours, but I highly recommend Paulo. He really went above and beyond, continuing to text me additional siteseeing, bar, and restaurant recommendations per my request once the tour was over. None disappointed. I was originally worried about the cost, as I was traveling solo and this was my splurge purchase for the trip, but it was worth every penny. Thanks Paulo!!

Fantastic private half day tour of Parvoo

Paolo was a fantastic guide who gave us a good overview of Finland's history and culture. The information was provided was just the right amount. It was a great overview of this ancient city. Unfortuately, the weather was not on our side as it was raining with snow from previous day. As such our guide was very careful with the route that he chose to minimize the possibility of slipping on black ice. Thank you for a lovely morning.

Our driver, Paulo made this trip a special occasion for us. He gave us a good background on Finnish culture on the way to Porvoo and answered our questions with wit and wisdom. His walking tour and knowledge of Porvoo was outstanding. He gave us good tips on what to see when we had our own time to explore the shops and cafes. On the way back, his commentary continued to enlighten us on every topic for which we had questions. A delightful city to visit, a great half-day tour, and a superb tour guide!

Our private local guide Paulo de Freitas is so attentive. He gave us information about the history, way of life of Finland during the drive to and from Porvoo. He shows us all points of interest in Porvoo, he is patient and accommodating. He is also multi lingual. We highly recommend him.
