A day trip to Gozo was highly recommended and we wanted our own private guide to take us around the island to see the many amazing sites. We met our "guide" Joseph at the police station by the ferry terminal. It quickly became apparent that he really would just serve as a driver and not a tour guide. He asked us where we wanted to go then simply dropped us off and picked us up when we were finished visiting the particular site. While most friendly and a native of Gozo, he really had little knowledge of the historical sites. Even simple questions such as when was this church built his answer was always "the information should be available in the building". This is not what we wanted and the $400+ CDN fee could have been much better spent. In fact, we might have been better off just renting our own car for the day (it would have been a lot cheaper!). I should have been tipped off in that the Viator listing contained very little details on the day tour and even the communication from the organizer wasn't helpful. Can't recommend this service.
This trip was really great, especially as we only had a couple of days in Gozo. It meant we got to see all of the sites in Gozo in one day. Our tour guide Nick was great. He tailored the itinerary to meet our needs, including finding us a good spot for lunch and timed our visits to avoid busier times. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable. He even told us about the best places to visit in Malta which we were travelling to after for a few days! Would definitely recommend.
Excellent personal half day tour with Kurt.
Saw all of the key tourist attractions on the island and Kurt told us all about local history and was really flexible with our time.

This was a great tour. Kurt was very accommodating and tailored the tour to meet our needs. We got to see so many sites on Gozo and even fit in a swim in the sea. This was so much more expeditious than doing this on our own. We literally had door to door service at every site which allowed us to squeeze everything within our time on Gozo.
Our driver, Kurt, took us to very interesting locations in Gozo. His local knowledge was great. He also took us to an unusual location that we requested. It was the Neolithic wagon ruts in the bedrock. This was something we read about and wanted to see. We enjoyed the siteseeing.
Kurt was great, he crafted the trip to suit us and the van was comfortable. He dropped us at our hotel. He kept in touch while we were doing activities and never had to wait, and even recommended a nice restaurant for lunch! Thank you!
We did the half day Gozo tour with Nick as our guide. It was an excellent and informative tour and Nick is a great guide. As he lives on Gozo it was interesting to get a local insight and he was happy to tailor the tour to our interests.
Amazing day on Gozo. Nick was excellent. Great knowledge and tailored the day to our needs. We saw so much in one day. The highlights were the rock archway, the cliffs and the first swimming spot seemed the best. Great to be in a car with AC and we saw more than the buses and the same as the hot thirsty people on quad bikes.
Was the absolute perfect Gozo experience and I would recommend this for any small group who is looking for a personalized experience.

Our guide Nick was such a pleasure! This was a great way to see all the highlights of Gozo. Nick took us to a place he recommended for lunch right on the water & it was fabulous. Very relaxed, we didn't have to rush. We got to see so much. Highly recommend this tour!

I am sure anyone get will be top notch, however!
Had requested to start earlier before it got really hot, but that did not get addressed, so we had to wait 1.5 hours to start the tour as we took the only ferry to meet in time. Heidi is a good tour guide but the Odyssey cave is a waste, salt pans were missable, and I wish I had gotten some better advice on the lunch place which took way too long. We did not get to see the rotunda church, and at the end we were rushed back to the ferry for her next tour which resulted in two hours there waiting for the next returning ferry.
Joseph was our host and guide for a full day tour of Gozo. Too many highlights to mention. Joseph was very accommodating and attentive. A native of Gozo he knew all the best places to eat and made special accommodations for us. Thank you Joseph for a memorable day!
Nick our driver and travel guide was fabulous. He took us to all the villages on Gozo and many hidden gems on the way. We particularly loved the little boat tour to the inland sea caves and the beautiful blue waters. We would highly recommend this tour.
This was a great way to see as much as possible in one day on Gozo. Nick was a great guide and knew lots of great places to see that the larger tour groups couldn’t get to.

Our tour was with Kurt. He was prompt and flexible with the locations i.e. considered our preferences and had some of his own. He was knowledgeable about the locations and able to answer questions with ease. We appreciated his balance of letting us wander on our own but also tagging along. For example he knew one location would be a good photo opportunity for the family. Recommend this to get a tour of Gozo with relative ease in the shelter of a van.
Our day trip with Nick was amazing. Saw all 16 villages and lots of natural sites as well. Had a beautiful beachfront lunch. The Ggantija museum and site was fantastic. Incredible day.
Our tour around Gozo with Nick was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and he not only took us to all of the sites we requested but to others he knew. He also timed the visits to avoid crowds. He was able to talk about his experience of living on Gozo as well as talk about the sites we visited. We finished in Victoria and the Citadella to explore ourselves. We would never have been able to go to these places easily and it was an excellent way to see Gozo in the time we had.
Great half day tour with Nick. Was able to see the whole island in about 4 hours and 6 or 7 different stops. Highly recommend visiting Gozo if nearby!
Not only Grace spoke perfect English but she was knowledgeable, recommended great activities, took us to some amazing spots, adjusted to our likings, made sure we got on the ferry after I wrongly booked our ferry back-need I say more? Definitely worth it! Ask for Grace!!!

We had a wonderful day in Gozo thanks to Nick, our tour guide. He was a patient, safe driver and very knowledgeable about all things Gozo. We expressed a desire to stray from the normal/scheduled tour and he didn’t disappoint! He was even super accommodating with our drop off spot. We would 100% take a tour with him again and couldn’t recommend him more highly!
