Instructions were clear on where to meet. Had to wait about 30 minutes for ride. Driver was very nice and informative. I have had a lot of massages and am a former massage therapist. I booked the 2 hour massage/facial package for my husband and I. The massage was okay, facial was okay. Too much focus on the back and not enough on other parts of the body. I felt like my back was over worked and same strokes used over and over. My husband had never had a massage before and really enjoyed it. The facility was clean but not quiet. It was also very warm and dry. There seemed to a confusion on who was going to work on us and what we were actually getting. When we left no one asked how our experience was. They provided transportation after the massage by taxi wherever we wanted to go. We went downtown to shop. The taxi driver was very kind and told us where to go for good food at a good price. Overall I had higher expectations for the price.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on this Virgin Voyage Brilliant Lady Cruise & first to Ensenada. So through Viator I booked us massages. We had such a relaxing and aromatherapy massage. It was wonderful. Jimma was fantastic so I would highly recommend this service. After leaving the ship, the directions were very easy and we met our fan at the designated spot - less than 5 min walk. Our driver was very nice and helpful and recommended places we could go after our massage and dropped us off in downtown for shopping.

The company is kind always attentive they make sure you have a ride to and from the massage. I was so relaxed they made sure we were welcomed once we were in the room they first ask want we wanted them to focus on. Once we were getting massaged they made sure we liked the pressure. Great message I was so relaxed I fell asleep.

This was a fantastic experience. Communication was great and so was the massage. Our driver dropped us downtown with some restaurant recommendations afterward. We'll definitely be doing this again next time were in Ensenada!

Amazing massage!!I loved the fact that we were picked up from the cruise port and then also a ride to the main street for lunch and shopping after the massage. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend !

I had the most amazing experience. I signed up for a deep tissue along with a hot stone massage. I decided to add in the scalp massage, hand and foot reflexology as well as a facial. Everything was wonderful and I was a limp noodle at the end. I'm definitely going back the next time I'm in Ensanada.

My sister and I enjoyed our massage at Ensenada Massage. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was competent, friendly, professional and personable. The communication was excellent weeks before our appointment and continued until the day of our massage. We were given clear directions concerning where to meet and we arrived at the location early. We contacted them via text message, and our driver, Cynthia, was there in less than 10 minutes to pick us up. She was also super friendly and was willing to drop us off at a different location if we wanted to explore the city on our own. I wouldn't hesitate to book another massage with Ensenada Massage. It's well worth your time and money.

The driver was punctual and at the designated location. Upon arrival at the massage studio, Paty was on hand to convey all of our special requests to the therapists: no scents, YES hot stones, and areas of the body to focus on. We were in the same room with a glass block partition dividing the room. The facilities are simple and clean. The driver will drop you off anywhere you want. We did a bit of shopping before returning to the ship which was a :10 walk from the tourist district. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation.

On time safe driver at a safe and close pickup right outside port. Only 10 min drive. We had a couples massage and were taken directly to clean room upstairs. Nice ambience and music. Very accommodating therapists but not chatty. Excellent tables and bathroom in room.

It’s affordable and convenient with the pickup and return service at the port… but they apparently overbooked on the day I was there and my appointment was changed from 10 am to 11 am, and they didn’t pick me up until 11:30am and then I waited another 45 minutes at the spa before they started the service. Scheduling was hectic and they had told me I could extend my massage 30 mins but they didn’t schedule the extra time and so I was disappointed as it was my birthday and I wanted it to be special for me. When I asked to use the restroom I was not told the water was not working before I used it and I had soap on my hands with no water to rinse it off and the toilet couldn’t be flushed so everything was just messy and unsanitary…My therapist was good she did a good job! Overall in was decent for the economy price!

It was a great massage. Much less expensive than the ship and probably a better massage. The transport there was seamless. The salon was clean. All three of us sisters got to be in the same room which was awesome. Highly recommend and will do it again if we come back to Encenada!

Friendly driver, great massage, and loved that it included pick up and return to the ship. Pick up directions were not clear so needed to call the salon but then all was corrected including them adding complimentary hot stones.

There is a 7 min walk from the ship to the pickup point, but the tickets clearly spelled out how to get there. Our driver was lovely and took us on a 10 min ride to the massage spa. The spa itself is small but our massages were very good; we had deep tissue and the girls did a great job. Our driver returned us to the ship, but she was also more than willing to point out good spots to eat or shop in Ensenada.

My husband and I chose the relaxation couple massage and it was amazing! The excursion was seamless. They emailed with great directions to pick up spot (even had pictures to show exactly where to be) Everyone was very kind and our massages were top notch! We have a new stop when we come to Ensenada again.

Would give this 5-star, except for a couple of things. During our couples massage, their Bluetooth kept disconnecting-stopping the soothing music and then you could then hear nothing but traffic and/or people talking outside the door in the “lobby/waiting” area. It was distracting and took away from the massage.
Driver that picked us up and dropped us off was kind and accommodating. We feel safe with her driving.
The women who gave us our massages were very professional. We felt comfortable and they really worked the tension out of our muscles. Typically I would be sore the next day, but I was not after this one. It was truly worth the money and an enjoyable morning.
If they figure out the Bluetooth glitch…perfection.
