I had a great experience on this tour! My guide was friendly, professional, and made me feel safe throughout the entire experience. He answered all of my questions and showed me many of Ensenada’s highlights. I wanted an authentic experience, and he tailored the day to that. He even helped me find the exact souvenirs I was looking for. The stop for food was also a nice addition and gave me the chance to experience a local spot.
As far as the horseback riding portion, the horse didn’t seem very happy, and kept stopping throughout the ride. Because of that, I decided to end the horseback ride early. That experience didn’t meet my expectations, but it wasn’t a reflection of my guide, who was excellent throughout the day.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience Ensenada beyond the cruise port. I left feeling like I got a genuine taste of the city and its culture.

Hi Dorothea, we are happy to hear you had a great experience overall with ATV Ensenada tours. However sorry to hear the horseback ride portion of the tour was not to your expectations these horses are train to only walk and not run since 99% of our clients have never been on a horse and yes it’s true sometimes the horses don’t want to walk but we’re glad the rest of your experience was to your satisfaction hopefully we will see you in the future for round two but no horseback riding.
