Since we booked this such last minute we were unsure of what to expect. I can tell you we had the most wonderful day. The tour operator was fantastic, kind, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The cliffs were just breathtaking. We did stop at this castle on the way with a pub and some shops but we didn’t get to stay long. We would have liked more time there. Otherwise I totally recommend. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a beautiful trip. The bus driver was very nice and knowledgeable. The bus is uncomfortable for those six feet and taller. Take the smaller bus. The stop at Galway should be expanded to three hours, as there are many restaurants and sites. Better to eat lunch there at noon before going to the designated “lunch stop” two hours later near the Cliffs - rthat’s clearly a company perk. The Cliffs of Moher are also amazing. Plenty of time for viewing.
Loved Galway, would highly recommend this tour. Stopped at a museum and saw the Spanish archway. The shopping was top tier and had a lot to eat and local shops to pop into. The Cliffs of Moher are a must see. One of my favorite experiences traveling thus far.
Lovely trip, but be prepared the weather is unpredictable! We ended up splitting our time between the cliffs and a castle not too far away to get the most out of the rainy day.
Gerry was a great guide! Very knowledgeable and a great driver as well. Galway was a great addition to the trip.
Worst experience ever. We waited one hour for bus to show up but never did. Called the tour operator Paddywagon once and they said it is on the way but that was a lie. Finally got thru on phone and they finally said it was cancelled. That is no way to run a tour company
It's an all day tour. 7:30am to 7:30pm. Worth every minute. Shopping in Galway was great but wished we had more time to explore. Stopped for lunch on the way to Cliffs. Amazing food. Cliffs were very windy but just magnificent
Shay, our driver, was the best. Lots of history of the countryside, great conversation, and variety of music to entertain during the long drives.
This is a great tour to Galway and the Cliffs of Moher. Our tour guide, Alex, was outstanding! He was informative, had great stories and tips on how to manage the time you had at each stop. It was just enough time at both locations and the pit stops for food and bathroom breaks were timed perfectly.
We had a great experience with Darren. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Thank you for the great experience!
We had a great time on our tour to the Cliffs of Moher! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and even more impressive in person. The tour was well organized, relaxing, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views and take photos.
Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable with interesting information about Ireland and the places we passed along the way. The Cliffs were definitely the highlight and something everyone visiting Ireland should experience.

Via tour was completely neglected to communicate clearly they gave us mis information, changed our tour I will not recommend them at all .
After 2 phone calls and the bus never showing up after 1/2 hour, we were informed that the tour to Galway would not be happening and if we wanted to go to the cliffs, we could choose another tour. I do not recommend this company.
The bus never showed up. The cancelled the tour and moved us to another tour that was not nearly as nice and then days it was the same price and we don't get any refund. This was my mother-in-law's only yep to Ireland and now she eating see Galway.
This was a long tour day. Although we covered a lot of ground, we arrived almost 2 hours later than anticipated back to the city and didn't stop for lunch until closer to 3pm. The Cliffs were great and we loved the stop in Galway.
Unfortunately, we booked through Viator and the local provider moved up the start time and we never received an email or notification of the time change. The local provider was able to accommodate us on a different date. Disappointed in the lack of communication.
OMG this tour cannot be missed. Galway was lovely. Cliffs of Moher was breathtakingly beautiful! A must see in person, we had a beautiful day with great weather. I’ll never forget that view
Transportation to and from Dublin was in a very comfortable bus. Our driver and guide, Dominic, was awesome! Stories and songs were great and made the travel time fly by.
The perfect trip to the Cliffs of Mohr with Edwardo. Great quick breaks and the lunch stop was perfect.
This a reasonable priced day trip. A great way to see the countryside, farms & small towns. Galway is a very fun town. Our driver Alex was very informative & friendly. Taught us some gaelic

Our tour guide and driver were Gerry. He was an excellent guide. Funny and informative. He made the entire trip enjoyable and the views were spectacular. We had enough time to take in the beauty and get a little exercise at the same time. I loved this activity.
The tour was excellent. It was on time and the experience was one that I will always remember. Our first stop Galway had much to offer as a tourist destination. The Cliffs were magnificent and pictures do not do it justice. The highlight of the trip was our tour guide Dominic. He was witty and kept us entertained with his singing and story telling. He was very punctual and excellent skills as a driver maneuvering in tight fits. Would definitely do again.

The guide was excellent - knowledge and humor. The bus was comfortable. However, it was a very log day - about 13 hours. We made plenty of comfort stops to break it up.
Don’t just look at your email confirmation. Get the Viator App for more details about pick up points as they are general addresses in the middle of blocks. Checking with the company at their office before, can be helpful.
THE TRIP ITSELF to Galway & the Cliffs was FANTASTIC. Our bus driver, Darren was fun, interactive & had a great sense of humor.
Our bus driver Eduardo was very friendly and funny. He gave clear instructions about the trip and timetables. The whole experience was very good. Galway is a beautiful city. The cliffs of Moher was majestic. My favourite part was the drive to The Atlantic Way.
Very good tour but customers should be informed of the policy the tour company has for dropping customers off from a tour. In my case Paddy Wagon tours will drop people off at the end of the tour somewhere near where they were picked up and to ask their bus driver for the exact address where they will be dropped off so that the customer can convey that information if someone is picking them up. Instead of Viator states people will be dropped off at the same location they were picked up.
We had a great time. Better to board at the first pick up, so your group is sure to be sitting together. Dominic was our tour guide. So. Much. FUN!! Knowledgeable, full of stories, even sang a few songs!! Galway was wonderful for shopping, only wish we had more time there. Cliffs were amazing.
Even though we thought about it due to the duration, the day went by so fast. Keith is wonderful! Great tour guide, he was funny, knowledgeable and very friendly!
Our trip to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway with Paddywagon Tours was fantastic! We rode in the famous pink bus, which was easy to spot and added to the fun. The tour was well organized, fast-paced, and stayed perfectly on schedule—from a 7:45 a.m. departure to returning around 9 p.m. There were plenty of stops to eat, shop, and enjoy the scenery. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fascinating stories and history throughout the journey. I won't spoil it, but his commentary made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!
Whatever you do, don’t use this company, Paddy wagon. They are so unreliable and reckless. Canceled my original trip and offered me another option. I agreed to the switch and went on the tour .. we made it to our 1st stop and was told to arrive back at the bus at a certain time. I arrived no later than 10 mins past the time and the driver left me with no call from him or the company! I was left in the middle of a small town that had limited transportation service back to Dublin. When I called , they told me I needed to figure it out . As a solo traveler, this has never happened to me and this was such a frightening moment . Managed to make it to the next town 1.5 hr away to take a 3 hour bus ride back into Dublin. Highly advise to never use this company!
Michael was an excellent tour guide and driver. He gave us an informative and interesting discussion on Galway, Cliffs of Moher, and Irish history. This was a long tour but we never felt rushed.
We showed up at the determined pickup point early to ensure we did not miss the tour. 15 minutes after the designated pickup time we called the tour operator. Turns out they had canceled the tour the day before. They said communications were sent out, but I found nothing in any of my email folders or text messages. Days later I saw a WhatsApp notification. Viator refunded the cost, but it was stressful that morning trying to find another way to get out to Western Ireland. Never got to see the Cliffs.
