False advertisement

It says 9 exclusions we only did 3. There were NO FOOD INCLUDED. You have to pay for it. We only went on the buggies, zip lining and the cave. It is false advertisement. Just book the half day because either way you won’t get your money worth. They wouldn’t give me a refund or even a partial refund. The car ride DID NOT have a ac!

The customer booked the attraction that includes 3 activities & was asking for AC in a truck with open windows. She was rushing me texting me in private to refund full payment if not she would leave bad review. That customer is a scammer.

Definitely a fun excursion, especially if you’re going with a large group of people. I wish we had more time to swim in the cave. We did the Fusion package.
