Terrible experience - do not use Viator

No one showed up to this or replied to messages. I have been trying to get a refund but no one replies. Do not recommend anything from this provider or Viator as no one responds or shows up.

Once the hunt is accessed, it can be started at any time directly through the app, which may explain why it felt like no one showed up. Wasn’t worth it. Not sure why we had to pay. We paid on TripAdvisor and then saw it was for free. Ridiculous.
