We had a wonderful day with our guide JB. Everything was good, from pre-cruise communication to ensuring we got back to the ship in good time. The tour itself was very informative, and we saw lots of sights. JB is the best!
We absolutely loved our day in Busan. We saw all that was promised, learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed the company of our driver and guide, Jade. He was informative, an excellent driver and really wanted us to have a good day !

We joined another party of 4 for this private van excursion. Baek was an excellent guide and took us safely and smoothly to the main sights of Busan. Just a pity about the sea-fog rolling in at one of the view points, but all part of the experience! We saw much more, in greater comfort and with our own personal guide than an equivalent ships tour, and at a much lower cost, too. Highly recommended.

Our guide Bada was excellent he picked us up at the. Cruise port, had water for us. Car was spacious and comfortable. He explained where we were going and in what order. We enjoyed all the spots and we loved Busan !

We had an amazing day exploring Busan. This was our second tour with Jason! The tour was the perfect combination of culture, history, delicious food and beautiful scenery.
Some of our most notable stops were Jagalchi Fish Market, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and Gamcheon Culture Village.
It was a fantastic tour and a wonderful way to experience some of Busan's most iconic sites. Highly recommend Jason to anyone visiting Busan!

Our tour guide is Alan, he is friendly, fun and flexible. Great personality. We have a short stopover at the port, we managed to cover all the tourist attractions on the pre-set itinerary and be back to the port on time. Moreover, he took us to try the popular pork soup and local sweet potato pancakes as well. He is on time and helpful. Contacted me the night before to ensure we will not miss each other after disembarked from the ship. Additionally, the company that organized the tour, is professional and experienced with great communication. They provide us with extra info such as bring some local currency (street food vendor don’t take credit card) start time and etc. The tour is small group only 6 people which is a plus too. Highly recommend.

Bada was a great tour guide. We went to a lot of places in 6 hours. He got us back to our ship promptly. He also picked us up from the Busan port.

The driver, Roy, was very accommodating to customize our tour according to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the city and navigated thru the streets well.
He was helpful to one the members in our group who was in a wheelchair. He visited all the sites we wanted and return us back to the ship with plenty of time to spare.

Excellent tour with Jenny. There were three couples from our cruise ship the Crystal Symphony. Pick up was right on time. We were warned that the immigration at Busan port would take a while. But it was very fast. Jenny took us on a tour that included a Buddhist temple, the UN cemetery, swinging the bridge. Then a delicious Korean barbecue lunch, which was on our own tab. But the price was reasonable for two people, including one beer at 36 US. Then we proceeded to go to a culture village that was interesting and part of the tour. We arrived back at the ship in plenty of time for departure at 6:30. I highly recommend this tour and if Jenny is your driver, she communicates very well in English. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great day in Busan with Seb. His tour was entertaining, efficient and safe as we drove around town in a new van. He delivered fun facts about Busan and South Korea thru an interactive conversation between guests, himself and his AI alter ego SEB II. He was flexible on sights to visit based on our request, keeping in mind our time constant due to an all aboard time on our cruise ship. We highly recommend this tour to visitors in Busan.

We had a great day touring with Leo. He drove us around in a very comfortable van. He loved taking pictures for us and became our photographer for the day. We went to the shrine where there was a celebration of Buddha’s birthday…. the tallest building in Busan with great views… a traditional Korean lunch.. local market. He was totally concerned for our well being and comfort… highly recommend!

Finn was at the cruise terminal ready to be our guide and driver for the day. There were 6 guests oi total, so it was a small, easy to manage group.
Finn was friendly and personable and he gave us lots of information. His English was good and he was easy to understand. We went at a reasonable pace, not too fast, not too slow and we had about the right amount of time in each location.
I would recommend this tour if you are in good health and don't have any mobility issues as there are steep slopes and steps throughout.
