One of our groups had their rope break off. They were quite high and came tumbling down. All 3 passengers got hurt in some degree .

We would like to clarify that the rope did not break during the parasailing activity.
There were three passengers flying together, and the incident occurred during the landing procedure. As the captain was bringing the parasail in, changing wind conditions and wind gusts began causing the parasail to swing from side to side.
To prevent the passengers from being pulled or swung into the vessel and to avoid a potentially more serious accident, the captain made the decision to release the winch line and allow the passengers to land in the water. The passengers then made contact with the water while still supported by the parasail.
We understand that the situation may have appeared alarming; however, it is important to clarify that the rope did not break. The captain made a safety decision during the landing process in response to the wind conditions, with the intention of preventing a more serious accident and bringing the passengers down away from the vessel.

We showed up as it was raining and calling for strong winds. It had stopped once we checked in but wanted to ask them about if it would be safe to go and as we tried to take a couple minutes to look at the weather and decide the lady there basically said you took to long so I canceled your booking. Our family was very disappointed and it wasn’t like anyone else was there waiting to go after us. We just wanted to check and make sure there wasn’t another storm coming on the weather app to be careful. I give it to them that they gave us a full refund but told us to go another day with another company but this was our last day

We would like to clarify what happened. When you arrived, there was light rain in the area, but there was no storm at the activity site. Our team was monitoring the weather and was prepared to wait for the rain to pass before proceeding, which is something we have done for over 35 years. We never begin an activity unless conditions are safe.
During this time, you expressed concerns about the weather and continued checking online weather reports, stating that you felt the activity was unsafe. While our crew was comfortable waiting for the rain to clear and then continuing safely, it became clear that you had already decided you were not comfortable participating.
We fully respect that decision. Our team will never pressure or force anyone to take part in an activity they do not feel safe doing.
Rather than have your family proceed while feeling uncomfortable, and risk creating a negative experience, we chose to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We would rather lose a booking than have any guest feel that we prioritized financial gain over their safety concerns or comfort.
For over 35 years, safety has always been our top priority. We routinely wait for passing weather to clear and only proceed when conditions are safe. While we understand your disappointment, we believe cancelling the activity and providing a full refund was the right decision once it was clear that you no longer felt comfortable participating.

Amazing parasailing experience! Very well organized and safe.
We received all the safety briefings and tips to make the most of the adventure. Beautiful scenery, we saw turtles from the sky, and we even got the chance to take a dip in the middle of the ocean.

Parasail was fun - our son enjoyed it and thought it was the funnest thing we did. Super windy, though! Only downfall - they charge $10 for nom-parasailing family members to join on the boat (each!)

The family was very nice , chatted while we waited for the boat, the guys that took us out where nice and fun. very good experience , just a struggle to get there , but that was on me, very windy , if you have breathing issues or back issues , just be careful ,but we where warned , it was still fun.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Aruba. My sister and I went parasailing together, and it was her first time. The winds were quite strong that day, which definitely added an extra level of excitement to the experience. The crew was fantastic, especially the first mate, who was very accommodating and reassuring. They took the time to make my sister feel comfortable and confident before we went up, which made a huge difference given the weather conditions. Once we were in the air, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Aruba from above was an experience we’ll never forget. The ride felt safe, well-managed, and just long enough to take it all in and enjoy the moment. I also appreciated that the boat wasn’t overcrowded. There were just enough people on board to keep things moving smoothly while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and made some great memories together. I would absolutely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun adventure and incredible views while visiting Aruba.

The crew was so friendly and explained every step before it happened so there were no surprises. We saw amazing views of Aruba, the coastline and the water is so clear. It’s so peaceful up there. It was an amazing experience that everyone should try at least once. Make sure the operator takes a video of your experience. I realize he may have had safety things to focus on, but he said he would do it and didn't.
