Very enjoyable and beginner friendly experience! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and multiple guides will come along with you. The horses are so well behaved and know the trail extremely well. I was extremely nervous and tense in the beginning as it was my first time, but my horse Hercules was awesome, and by the time we neared the beach I was so much more relaxed and happy. It was a great way to celebrate my 41st birthday morning! A calm, peaceful ride with such beautiful views. They also give you a nice photo opportunity on the beach before heading back to the ranch. Tips: You cant weigh more than 250 lbs, everyone should definitely wear good sunscreen, also probably a hat/sunglasses, you want to use bug repellent, hydrate beforehand and they'll provide you with a water bottle after, you should probably wear the safety helmet they offer adults and mandate for kids. The ranch also supports a great cause, so Im glad I chose them and would highly recommend.

Great way to see the north side of the island. Great time, well worth the price, I would do this trip again.
We got so many good pictures and video. The beach was spectacular. Loved the horses and the hosts! Great experience.
Felt very well taken care of as this was our first time riding a horse. Tour guide made sure that we were well informed and the trail was very beautiful.
We had a wonderful time. The horses đ were great and the staff very professional and helpful. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.
All personnel were patient and kind. All of the riders on my excursion were inexperienced and a brief video presentation assisted in providing us with the basics. Once on the horses, friendly reminders/ reinforcements were made. After riding for about an hour, we returned to the stables, washed our hands, got water and boarded our bus. My horse had a famous name(Picasso) and was creative in letting me know his wants. After about 10 minutes, he calmed down and our journey together was uneventful. If you havenât tried horse back riding, I would highly recommend recommend this excursion! Exceptional!
Hooves of Hope was excellent! We had so much fun. The horses were extremely well taken care of and behaved. They matched the horses to the ridersâ abilities. Everything was fantastic.
Hoofs for Hope is amazing!! This was such a cool experience, and the staff is absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind, and the views were amazing. Our horses were so sweet as well! My spouse has ridden horses before, but this was my first time. Even as an inexperienced rider, the staff at Hoofs for Hope made the experience easy and fun. The views of the landscape are unbeatable, and we ended up at a beautiful Oceanside photo spot. Our guide Pedro was incredibly professional and kind as well. I recommend this experience to anyone looking for an adventurous way to see Arubaâs beautiful countryside.
This was my worst of all providers and excursions. I couldnât reach anyone on the two numbers provided. No answer on one line and V mail full on the other, we paid $240 for NOTHING. Could not find the pick up point

Thought we would be riding on a beach instead of stopping in a rocky area for picture and never getting to a beach. We grew up riding horse and neither of our horses reined well. I got kicked after dismounting at the end of the ride and the person who my dismount did warn me about the horse near me was a kicker. I got kicked in my thigh.
Horseback staff was amazing⌠Ride was great horses are well maintained.
Fun time had by all in out group
This experience was slightly frightening at first because of how long it had been since we were on horseback. We worried needlessly. The Hope for Hooves organization is amazing and super informative. We were told about the facility and also give video instruction on how to ride. There were three guides that went with us and their ability and personal knowledge of each horse was incredible. The ride was beautiful and being on the beach on a horse is an unforgettable experience. We can't thank the facility enough for bringing us such an unforgettable experience

This is one of our favorite things to do while in Aruba. It is very relaxing. There is no pressure. The horses are wonderful and the guide is very helpful.

The ride was wonderful and the guide made a point to get each person or groups photo in front of the water. He took a lot of photos of my husband and I so we were guaranteed a good one.

Upon booking, I receive ed a email (after the refund period) stating there would be a mandatory weight limit. I requested a refund and they responded that I should have read before booking. There wasnât any remorse.

Weâre sorry the weight limit came as a surprise and that our response felt dismissive. The 250 lb (113 kg) limit is shown on the booking page before a reservation is made and is necessary for the safety and welfare of our horses and riders. We regret not being able to make exceptions in this matter. We understand this was disappointing. Refund requests are handled according to the cancellation terms shown at booking and unfortunately cannot be waived upon arrival when a clearly disclosed participation requirement is not met.
The most incredible experience. The instructors were very sweet and friendly, the views were breathtaking, and the experience overall was one of a kind. HIGHLY recommend.

Very nice trail ride out to beach via desert area preserved land wouldnât see otherwise. Horses were well mannered and trained.
Loved the horse back riding - I wish we couldâve taken the horses a little faster for us experienced riders. My only complaint is the driver that arrived to pick us up and completed all the paperwork once onsite was very rude and inpatient. I had to tell her to change her tone. Several of us were surprised with how she thought she would talk to us. They should also consider having water while on the trail as itâs very hot going through the desert.
Had a wonderful ride with Picasso. The check in experience was seamless, would have appreciated more details about proper riding form and communication with the horses as well as a moment to greet the horse and feel more comfortable, but I understand this is difficult to accomplish in such a small time with such a large group.
I would absolutely recommend this tour! The pick-up and drop-off was so convenient. The horses were all beautifully healthy and very well behaved, so great for both experienced and inexperienced riders alike. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and it was such a delight to chat with her on the trail. The scenery was amazing - an easy trail through the tall cacti down to a gorgeous beach for a photo opp and back. It was such a lovely way to spend a morning on the island.
The experience was great! My horse was the youngest of the group and had a tougher time with following a straight path - liked to deviate left and right, but the guides inform you prior to riding of how to handle the horses. They were awesome! Make sure to wear long pants and wear lots of sunscreen! Also, stretch prior to riding to loosen your hips and knees! 10/10 recommend!
We went for our anniversary and it was just us and another person. It started pouring down rain so we headed back after pictures by the ocean. It was my first time horseback riding and it was scary at first but fun afterwards
This was a great experience!! The guides were all very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals. Recommend wearing closed toed shoes and long pants as we rode through an area with some prickly bushes and I was glad to have long pants on! The ride through Aruba's "desert" was beautiful and peaceful, and the ocean view was amazing. The guides took their time taking pictures of all of the groups, and waiting for everyone else to be done gave us the chance to take in the scenery. Altogether totally recommend!
