Experience authentic Korean cooking and culture in a clean, bright, and hygienic Korean home. This is a small-group, hands-on experience, allowing you to focus more on cooking in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

The instructor is a professional chef with an educational background and 7 years of experience in Korean cuisine. (Working michelin guide one star restaurant and Korean consulat in the USA as a Chef) Class will begin with a demonstration followed by the hands on portion. During the demonstration, you will have some tea or soda, prepared by Chef with high quality ingredients from multiple Korean farms. By the end of the class, you will learn how to cook traditional Korean food from scratch. The space is also perfect for taking photos during and after class, and you will be able to have your food in studio or take it to go. The studio is easily accessible to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the traditional market. I look forward to meeting everyone!

After comfortable transfer from convenient pickup locations, your group will visit Imjingak Pyeonghwa-Nuri Park and the Bridge of Freedom. Next, tour the DMZ, Third Tunnel, and Dora Observatory. From beginning to end, your guide will provide detailed commentary to ensure an immersive and informative experience. Return to Seoul with plenty of time to enjoy the evening as you wish.

Korean alcohol is a lot more than just a green bottle of soju, which is diluted ethanol with artificial sweetener. Broadly, Korean alcohols are divided into Tak-ju (unfiltered rice wine), Cheong-ju (filtered clear rice wine) and So-ju (distilled spirit). Here, we will focus on our specialty, soju, but we can also taste other types too. Samhae soju was a beloved choice of spirit among the noble class of Joseon dynasty(1392~1894). This luxurious alcohol had caused cult following, but the making was so resource(rice)-heavy that production had to stop during famines. The current master, Hyeonjong Kim had learned and practiced for more than 10 years under master Taeksang Kim who had inherited and kept the recipe in the family. Make Bean Paste Ricake with your own design that you can't find anywhere else. Learn how to wrap the inner bean paste finely with dough, divide and draw lines using tools, and put fine decorations on the top. We can't make the outside batter(dough) together, but we provide a recipe for the customer you want. If anyone who want to learn outside skin dough, then please ask the 2 hours additional class. (This special class is provided for someone who wants have their own shop or so)
