You will have a little over 1 hour in the mansion you selected. The mansions are pamphlet read tours or audio tours using an app. There is a 1.5 drive around Newport to see historic sites and some modern day mansions, an hour in mansion, and then half hour to get back in town.

Carlos was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful! He narrated our tour constantly with interesting facts, pointed out unique landmarks and his comical wit made the experience even more enjoyable! Carlos even made recommendations for authentic dining. The open trolley was perfect for taking photos and it was a very pleasant ride (77 degrees and partly sunny) with the breeze flowing as we rode through this stunning town of New Port. My sister and I took the trolley ride that included admission to The Breakers Mansion, which was approximately 3 hours in its entirety. Perfect outing and the length of the tour was just right. If you are vacationing in New England it’s definitely worth the drive to New Port. Arrive 20-30 prior to your departure time in order to park and take a restroom break prior to your tour. I absolutely plan to return with more family members in the near future and do a longer tour including the cliff walk. I will definitely book with this company again! It was a lovely place to see and the service was great!!!
