What are people saying about Punta Cana

Huge value, unique places, fun fellow travellers
Wester the driver is a superb guide. In the market, we had another guide, he helped to buy spices. Officer from politur the Tourist Police trailed our group in the market. It looked safe as is to me anyway, locals shopping fruits and veg, just normal life of the locals.the highlight was the plantation visit. Oh man, the cocoa! I bought three cans to bring home. Mamajuan, the baby (making) juice you can get anywhere but price is good and it’s less to carry compared to local groceries run. We didn’t swim but did walk along the sea. Beach deserves a proper day, with chair, umbrella and drinks. Zero sargassum. Tip: install Whatsapp and have roaming/internet, it will be easier to keep in contact with the driver and booking office on the day.

Half Day Dominican cultural tour with Eduardo.
Loved that it was a small group, a total of 6 people. Our tour guide, Eduardo was very pleasant and accommodating. We had to pay $1 donation to enter the Basilica, and he paid for two passengers who did not have cash. It was awesome visiting with the locals, seeing inside a typical Dominican home and eating a Dominican home cooked meal, which was delicious. We were treated with some sugarcane which I loved. We also visited a primary school and Eduardo got us some mangoes.

Viva Carlos & Jimmy
It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Boasting some of DRs most beautiful views and spectacular activities. Although it's a full day it's worth it. The food is great and so was the service. Carlos our guide, Jimmy the driver as well as our photographer went out of their way to make the trip extra special. A must try.

Bring electrolytes
Pack a page with waters it’s super hot they do not supply anything. Drink plenty of water. I almost passed out. U can bring goggles, towels, bandannas. Or they have them for sell. They also have a bar if you like and each stops do have water and alcohol for sale if you like. The beach was cool every thing was good at each stop. If u purchase food or anything it’s 18% or 25%
