Pleasant Trip in Naha
Mariana was a super helpful, willing guide and taught us a lot about the culture and curiosities of Okinawa. We took a personalized tour visiting the Okinawa Museum, walked through the market and the main tourist attractions, and even some hidden spots in the city that we wouldn't have noticed or understood without it. It was essential to have this contact with the guide to talk about the history of Okinawa and clear up our doubts about this beautiful city. It is very worthwhile to hire this service, we are very happy and satisfied.

We had a great kayak tour...
We had a great kayak tour with Nik! Even though a typhoon disrupted our original plans, Nik communicated perfectly beforehand and helped us reschedule for two days later.
Nik is very knowledgeable about the local area and even provided us with drinks and snacks. After the tour, he was kind enough to drop us off at a nearby restaurant along our bus route. Highly recommended for a fun and care-free experience in Okinawa!

Had a great time
I had a great time on this tour. The guide had good English skills and was very friendly. One of the best aspects of the tour was the way the guide asked if there was anything in particular I wanted to see at the start of our time together and then offered suggestions that were actually fun - as opposed to the kind of guide that just wants to take you to where they feel like going.
Ishigaki Island isn't exactly a massive place and the 4-5 hours of this tour gave me a chance to see a few different parts of the island. For my tour we took in a few scenic areas of the coastline and a rather quirky pottery place. And no, there was no pressure to buy either from the guide or the staff. The sculpture park we stopped at was unusual and photographers will probably enjoy the lookouts and coastal views.
Kabira Bay is the big ticket item on Ishigaki and it was a pleasant spot. It was also just about the only place on the whole tour where there were plenty of other tourists around. It seems the hordes haven't really discovered this island yet though with international flights arriving direct from overseas surely it won't stay like this forever. Go soon and beat the rush.
And if you do take in Kabira Bay on your tour and have the time try the ice cream. Trust me....
The guide helped me out by taking a bunch of photos that they forwarded onto me and they were better than anything I'd take myself so this was great.
As a bonus the guide offered me a few pieces of advice around some other worthwhile activities on the island to help me fill up my next couple of days.
I'd heartily recommend this tour - especially if you do it on your first day on Ishigaki. It will help you get your bearings.

Amazing tour with Steph
Steph was great on our Ishigaki tour. It was a semi-private tour for 4 people. Steph talked about the history of Okinawa and took us to a few tourist spots. Due to holidays in Japan, certain places (including a good restaurant that would serve Ishigaki beef) were not opened. This is not Steph’s fault and Steph would make it up with other options. Steph did a wonderful job to make sure our requests were accommodated with the limited time that we had. Steph managed the time very well to avoid the crowd from other tourist groups. Even with the good planning, the tour was longer than expected but Steph did not mind this at all. I would recommend Steph (Stephanie) Chen as a tour guide if anyone is visiting Ishigaki.
