Guided by two local brothers, this experience focuses on authentic connection and not just seeing monuments. You’ll travel in a premium Mercedes wagon, sail the river in a traditional boat with Porto wine in hand and discover the “liquid gold” of the Truta family in their handmade olive oil lagar. This isn’t a guided tour — it’s a day spent with places that treat you like family. If you’re looking for an exclusive look “behind the gates” on the heritage, flavors and soul of the Douro, this is the right experience for you.
