Ask for Asli! Best your guide
Asli was an absolute amazing guide!! She was so knowledgeable and personal. We had the best time learning from her. She customized the tour for us and answered our questions. We loved this tour! There is a lot of walking and some includes slick, rocky areas.

Good for a stress-free visit
The tour started with a ceramics shop tour that was pretty off-putting-- it was more an excuse to bring tourists into a store than to actually look at the pottery. However! Ephesus was wonderful. Our guide Alpi was incredibly knowledgable, made sure we could stand in the shade, could answer all of our questions, and catered information for each guest based on their interest (e.g. biblical history, archaeology, etc.). The lunch was mediocre but after walking in the sun all morning you'll eat just about anything. The trip to the Temple of Artemis was just long enough to appreciate it without being bored. The last shop you go to was, again, not a pleasant experience, but I'll put up with the salesmen for the ease of getting picked up at my hotel.

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience with our tour guide, Erman. He explained the history of Pamukkale and Hierapolis very well and made the tour interesting and enjoyable, never boring. He was very knowledgeable and approachable, always reminding us that we were welcome to ask him anything at any time. We really appreciated his friendliness, patience, and enthusiasm throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

Api was an amazing guide!
I can't say enough positive things about this tour; we had an amazing time! Our guide, Api, was incredibly thorough, but, more than that, his enthusiasm, love of history, and pride in his heritage made him the #1 host out of every tour we took in our weeks through Greece and Istanbul! We took a number of guided tours in Athens, Izmir, and Istanbul, but Api was, by far, the most informative, kind, and helpful guide we encountered. He absolutely made the tour! We chose the Pide option for lunch, and enjoyed it; the transportation van was very comfortable.

A “MUST see” tour with an awesome guide!
This was the BEST tour we’ve taken whether in Europe, North America, Asia, or Africa.
The sights were very interesting and our guide, Alpi, was the best ever. He is a warm, personable, considerate, funny, gentle, and knowledgeable person whose love and knowledge of his country shines through in a genuine and endearing way. He took good care of our group, shepherding us through Ephesus and the last home of the Virgin Mary. He also has a great understanding of other nations.
Alpi is an engaging young man who is happy to talk with you but also willing to give you space and quiet if that’s what you prefer.
The trip is a bargain for what you get. Alpi and our driver, Aykut, made it unforgettable!

Surprise and delight
The highlight is the ruins. Way more than I expected and our guide was knowledgeable and gave us time to explore on our own.
The activities after were adjusted by our guide to better match our interests. It was a good day. The transportation was top notch!!

A Perfect Day in Ephesus
This tour provides a great visit to Ephesus. Tas is a wonderful guide--very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is a historical guide so he could enter the site with us and provide explanations about the site. He also took us to a few other historical sites in the area. We had lunch and then a visit to a rug weaving center, which was fascinating. We highly recommend this tour with Tas!

We had a great trip to...
We had a great trip to Hierapolis and Pamukkale. Mustafa was a great guide. He provided great history and gave us ample time to take pictures. The ruins are fantastic. The Taverines of Pamukkale are beautiful.
Our pickup from the Izmir hotel was on time and the ride was very smooth.

Chilled and fabulous
This was fantastic. Very chill and relaxed - Faruk (who is a fantastic guide) lets you go at your own pace. I cannot recommend this enough - particularly if you're coming off the back of an Ephesus tour (which can be busy and intense!) Slow travel at its finest.

Emre was such an amazing...
Emre was such an amazing guide and made our experience for the day! We opted to take a day trip from Istanbul and were so happy that we did! We arranged our flights for the early morning and gave ourselves enough time afterward (though you might contact them if you haven't booked flights to see what they recommend as we were in the airport with hours to spare).
We loved visiting the sites and Emre made sure that we saw the most important things and explaining why and their significance. If you are a Christian, this is an absolute pilgrimage and so worth going. Turkey is super underrated and I can't wait to go back. We had a lovely lunch at a local rug factor and I would genuinely be interested as they had decent prices in December but we just bought our flat and didn't know what we needed.
I'm so happy that we did this day trip and it was such a good value for the guide and the driver. Ephesus was also something I will never forget! It was great learning about its history, what they are currently working on to unveil the site, and its importance in history.

10/10. The host was...
10/10. The host was phenomenal in explaining the history, the variety in activities throughout the day between the ruins, witnessing a carpet/textile site near the ruins, lunch and then finishing in Sirince made for a phenomenal day. Must do activity when you’re in Izmir

Interesting historical tour
Perfect sized tour of the ancient city of Ephesus, well worth the flight from Istanbul to Izmir and onto Ephesus. A visit to the House where the Virgin Mary lived out her last days, and then a great tour of Ephesus, a thriving city back in ancient times. The Temple of Artemis, one of the Ancient wonders is no longer there but what remains gives you a scale of the glory in ancient times.
Our guide was great and knowledgeable, allowing stops to make sure no one was too exhausted given the heat.
Overall excellent tour!
