Didn’t know you could train a sting ray

Interesting trip. The sting rays were actually friendly. They swim around you occasionally brushing you. The Sting ray that you hold does not have a stinger and I don’t know how they make her do the kiss but she does it. Snorkeling was cool lots of colorful fish around, turtle and an actual healthy living coral reef was nice to see. Staff was great Richard, Jaiden and Victoria did a great job. Nice trip.

Our guides were very...

Our guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, AND funny! They helped the kids put on their life jackets. Kept all travelers calm and assured if anyone got scared around the stingrays. I wasn't sure how I would personally feel, or my kids (ages 8, 10 & 13) but we all felt safe and had an amazing time. Starfish were amazing and barrier reef was incredibly beautiful. My family agrees that this was the best excursion of our 7 night cruise. Highly recommend!

Great tour with Austin!

We had a great trip with Austin! Stingray City was amazing to visit, try to go on a day there aren't cruise ships if you can. We were so glad we went with a private tour for our family when we saw how many people can fit on the bigger boats they run groups on. 3 hours was the perfect amount of time on the water and in the sun with kids. You won't regret booking this tour!

Stingray, snorkelling and star fish experience

Although the sea was a bit rough, the snorkelling was good, on the sand bar with stingrays amazing and then another stop to see and handle star fish in the sea which was a new experience for us. We felt safe and equipment was available and good quality. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that it was harder to stand with the rougher sea. Ok if you’re a swimmer but worth wearing life jacket if not.

Best trip ever.

When booking ask for tripping out with captain Charles and David. They made my birthday memorable. They are kind and patient, they are also knowledgeable. Their boat if family friendly and great for first time or non swimmers. We saw everything with them, fish, turtles, stingrays, starfish, coral. 10/10 they have a cooler so bring your drinks

Weather was overcast and...

Weather was overcast and drizzle in the beginning and remained cloudy which maybe affected the bioluminescence but overall Pepe and his team made it fun. We laughed and were informed about certain informational pieces about the island. Overall great time and super super neat. Would definitely like to do this one again!!!! It’s not often that I say this but this trip was a perfect day from start to finish. Cailom was a fantastic captain and guide. We did the six hour trip and so glad we did! Never felt rushed- had an unforgettable time at stingray city, starfish point, incredible snorkeling on an reef filled with tons of fish (even saw a shark!), great dinner at Kaibo and finished up the night in Bio Bay. We even loved riding home across the bay in the dark back to Canama Bay. Family of four (two teenage daughters) and truly had the BEST time!

We had a blast in Grand Cayman!!

PHENOMENAL!! Sheldon took great care of us. The Stingray City experience was worth the entire ticket price!! We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to visit 7 Mile Beach but our tender boat had an early take off time so we ran out of hours to check it out. Over all we alll would 1000% recommend this excursion!! :)

Great tour of the west end.

This was a fun excursion that would be good for most riders of any experience level. Basically, if you can ride a bike, you will be fine. Our guide was great and even accommodated us showing up quite late due to traffic issues. We made several stops along the about 11 mile loop where our guide would provide some history and point out things of interest. Highly recommend this tour.

Incredible Experience!

Our family had an incredible time! Javahn was a wonderful guide and made the day truly magical! This was our first time booking through Viator and I’m so glad I did - this was the highlight of our whole cruise! We were able to take our time at each spot and Javahn ensured our kids all felt safe and comfortable around the animals - he’s a true stingray whisperer! He also knew we were wanting to find sea turtles and knew just where to go! We ended up snorkeling with them and right over a little lemon shark! He also arranged our taxi back to the ship as we headed back to the dock - perfect timing! Amazing experience! Thanks again!!
