Top Dominican Republic Wellness Classes in 2026

It’s more than just a class — it’s a soulful immersion into nature, movement, and inner peace. At Villa Serena, our open-air oceanfront Shala invites you to practice yoga while surrounded by the sounds of waves, rustling palms, and singing birds. The view? A breathtaking sunrise over the Caribbean Sea. The atmosphere? Tranquil, rejuvenating, and deeply inspiring. What truly makes this experience unique is the option to try aerial yoga — a lighthearted, energizing practice where you float in a silk hammock, exploring movement from a whole new perspective. Whether you're grounding into your breath or gently swinging above the ground, each session offers connection, presence, and joy. This isn’t just a morning routine — it’s a daily ritual of renewal, set in paradise. Book now and awaken your senses like never before. After your reservation, simply message us if you’d like to add the aerial yoga experience!
