What are people saying about Champagne

We thoroughly enjoyed...
We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone! We had Marcainne as our tour guide and he was brilliant, very knowledgeable and made the experience more fun. The tastings were very enjoyable and going to family owned vineyards which were beautiful made it just that more personal. We bought a bottle at both vineyards but there was no pressure to do this from Marcainne or those working at the Vineyards. A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon, and would love to do it all over again!

Wow wow wow. Surpassed every expectation
Wow. What can I say that would do this justice? Absolutely SUPERB!! From start to finish. Mr G our tour guide was incredible!!! His knowledge and passion for champagne and the region was infectious. We got swept away by his enthusiasm and we were grinning from start to finish. The tour was so comprehensive and the places we visited were just lovely and a great contrast from the big champagne houses. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We came for a special birthday and it was everything we could have hoped for and so so much more. Surpassed my expectations and we will definitely be back. Wouldn’t use anyone else and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are thinking of visiting this region you MUST book this tour. You will NOT regret it!!

Wonderful day in Champagne
This tour is a great way to see the grape growing areas around Reims and taste champagne from small producers. I am already familiar with the large champagne houses already but wanted to see what small producers had made. We didn’t have a car and we don’t know the area. This tour took us to places and producers unknown. It was a delightful day.

Excellent fun tasting tour
We had such a fun day. Our guide Anne was exceptional and had great knowledge of the area as well as all things Champagne! Anne took great care of looking after us in every way. It was a delight to visit the Champagne houses and not only learn more but experience more of the process of developing such amazing Champagne’s. The food provided was also excellent, couldn’t fault it.

If you like the finer things in life, a visit to France’s bubbly-producing Champagne region is certainly in order. Champagne tours mostly focus on visits to local producers, from small family operations to globally adored Champagne houses such as Veuve Clicquot and Moet and Chandon. If you’re not into the fizzy stuff, fear not—you’ll find plenty of alternative tours that will take you everything from historic cathedrals to World War I battle sights.
