Best Travel Excursion we’ve ever booked!!

One of my favorite travel days of all time. Best activity ever. We were able to spend an afternoon in the beautiful home of absolutely lovely people. There were no awkward moments the day went splendidly and we learned SO MUCH! I left feeling very confident I could make Moroccan dishes at home. I also have so much more knowledge and appreciation for Moroccan culture. Excellent! 10/10! Pro tip: Let them arrange transportation because it is out of the tourist area and so having them talk to taxi driver and negotiate price made it very easy!!

Pickup instructions vague

Instructions to pickup area were incorrect and we almost missed the tour. The Instructions were vague and said to pickup at the cruise port. Nothing about getting a cruise provided shuttle to a meeting place in the city. There was a huge amount of confusion before connecting with the tour.

The driver and guide were great. The itinerary was a little different - no pass by of the Hassan II mosque. I had enough time at each site, but some others felt rushed. That said, the approximate times at each site are listed in the itinerary so there should be no surprise.

Excellent experience We took private tour Driver was Ali : excellent guy Calm and cool He adjusted our tour from Casablanca to Fez and have us go through Rabat which was not in the plan to accommodate our wish and still completed the trip within 12 hour time Very smooth and steady ride Very friendly and informative Icing on the cake was that I dropped my phone in the car and went to the room after he dropped us. He found the phone, he came back and left it with hotel front desk and told them to call me in the room that my phone was there I went down to thank him and to my wife told me that I should give him extra tip for this but he didn’t wait and was gone when I reached to the reception desk In these days such sincerity and honesty is not common and that too without any expectation of any kind. He went out if the way to return my phone without which in foreign country like Morocco it would be a nightmare Thanks to him and god bless him Such workers make company great on service providing industry like Viator He deserves 5 stars

Recommend this tour for the guide and content, but not the tour operator

Great guide and driver (El Arbi and Nadine), but there were issues with the tour company. The meeting place is inaccurate. You meet at United nations Square, which is quite a distance from the cruise port. Allow at least 30 min. The guide was told I had not paid for mosque entry and he needed to collect that. However I showed him a WhatsApp transcript in which I specifically asked the tour operator this when I booked it and I was told it was included in the price. The guide had many issues with the same situation with others in the group and he shouldn't be expected to be collecting this money. It detracted from his ability to be our guide and provide info about Casablanca.And then we learned that the 10:00 tour people had to wait for us on the 10:30 (over an hour) and were put on our itinerary and not the one they paid for (which included, for example, a stop inside Rick's Cafe). They decided to leave the tour entirely after the mosque visit because they were so disgusted with the disorganization.

I didn't want to spend my nine-hour layover in Casablanca at the airport, and I thought this tour was perfect for me. I was not mistaken. It was a very enjoyable 6 hours getting to know the city's main attractions. Wahid, my guide, was extraordinary in his knowledge, friendliness and kindness, and took good care of me. It's amazing how you can see the main sights of the city in such a short time and still get to the airport calmly and on time. I loved it!!!

Great tour of Casablanca!

This was a combination of walking and driving to different spots in Casablanca, which I wasn't expecting. The driving portion made it much more efficient and easier to more of the city. My guide was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took to show me details I would have missed on my own and to explain the significance and history of different parts of Casablanca.

Nice & pleasant trip to Marrakesh

This trip is really good value for money ! We have been three people and finally the trip was just for us. The driver was nice and explained all things on the way to Marrakesh which takes about 2,5-3 h. In Marrakesh we got a logical guide and we have been walking 3-4 h and he explained everything. We got back by 6:30 pm Everything was nicely organized! Really nice trip!!

Most amazing personalized tour

This was our first time using Viator to book a tour. I was nervous being in a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language and was not using the cruise company’s tours.
