An excellent way to see several spectacular sights in Banff and Yoho National Parks. No worries about finding a place to park and at least one of the places we visited was only accessible by commercial bus. If we had been driving our own car, we could not have gone there. Our driver, Aashish was very knowledgeable about the areas traveled so we learned a lot. We did have a little rain but it did not interfere with the spectacular views we saw. The hike out to Moraine Lake was a bit of a challenge (lots of steps to climb) but we were so glad that we “toughed it out” because the view was well worth it! Aashish was a great guide to explore this area with.

Our tour was wonderful! (My wife and I and her brother/sister-in-law) Our guide Anchit was friendly, informative and helpful as us 70-ish seniors navigated difficult steps at Moraine Lake. He helped my wife navigate the 100+ steps up to the lookout. The private tour upgrade was very well worth it as we had flexibility to skip a couple locations, (because we'd seen them), and stay less time or more time as we wished. That helped in a couple crowded places where we weren't restricted by a short visit and need to return to the bus. Our guide also picked us up at our hotel. We would highly recommend this tour, (and the private upgrade, if possible).

An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish with Boyd. Booking was stress free. Boyd was organized, knowledgeable, engaging, humorous and attentive to every guest in the group. Every stop on the itinerary was well timed and the experience far exceeded our expectations. I will definitely book thru Viator again with future travel. I highly recommend this organization.

Viator customer service needs improvement. We tried numerous calls, left voicemail, and finally text. Finally a reply 20 minutes before tour start. We then had to rush and buy food which miraculously was included for the other 4 people on the tour. The operator, RAdventures, was superb.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide-Gaurav (Mr.G)! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire tour. He made sure everyone was comfortable, answered all our questions, and created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy truly made the tour special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our guide Kayla was very informative, personable, and knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the area. She prepped us about the lake visits beforehand, provided suggestions for things to do (trails, favorite spots, how to avoid crowds); we were even treated to warm beverages to drink as we toured the lakes. Highly recommend and this tour went above our expectations. She was great!

We are so glad to join this tour to visit Banff. We can relax and no need to worry about parking in this busy season. Our tour coach Ron is just amazing and very funny. He is excellent in time management and can make sure he can take us to visit all the places as planned with reasonable time. We had a great time, wonderful trip and this is highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours.
