Incredible trip to see...
Incredible trip to see the ruins of the Mayan city of Tulum including snorkelling at the beach where we saw turtles and stingrays. Also includes a visit to a covered cenote and a taco lunch. Our guide Daniel was really knowledgeable and funny and provided water and snacks in the coach. A great day and would defitinely recommend!

The perfect poolside break for some adventure and fun!
My husband and I were looking for a short break from laying around our resort's pool. We wanted a little adventure, a little culture, a little scenery...but not a long car ride or all day activity. This checked all the boxes. Quick easy Uber ride to the meeting point from our hotel, easy clear check in, WONDERFUL time with Carlos! He made us laugh, he showed us awesome snorkeling (we saw a huge Eagle Ray! and overall the snorkeling was the best of our many trips to Cancun) and while we were not first timers, he made sure the others in our small group always felt safe and prepared. The boat ride is fun, I felt like I was leading the Disneyland jungle cruise! Yes they try to offer you upgrades at checkout like Tequila and a photo package and a massage, but they don't pressure you at all, a simple no is sufficient. We did purchase the photos because they were great and reasonable, and we are going back for a massage today because the location and cost is great! One of my favorite Cancun excursions yet, I hope you go, I hope you get Carlos as a guide, and I hope you have as great a time as we did!

Great experience!!!! The...
Great experience!!!! The staff was incredible. When we arrived onsite they offered us a VIP upgrade that was definitely well worth it. You were giving an ample amount of time to do all of the events. The food was great and all you can eat with the upgrade. I got to experience a tequila tasting with how make tequila and how to tell real from fake tequila. All in all, 10 out of 10.

The team at Total Snorkel...
The team at Total Snorkel were absolutely fantastic. Our captain Emilio (Di Caprio!) and our guide Gerardo could not have been more helpful. Me and my partner have never snorkelled before. I was very nervous, at the first stop Emilio took the time to help me into the water and let me stay close to the boat and talked to me the whole time until i got back in the boat. Thanks to this at the subsequent stops I felt confident enough to move away from the boat, with help from Gerardo who allowed me to hold the life ring while swimming, which he used to guide me through the water. All in all the experience was made by the incredible, attentive team, whose knowledge and passion for their work is a credit to their company. And the turtles were absolutely beautiful!

Would 100% recommend!! Everyone was friendly and they knew how to have a good time!! The staff were very interactive with the people on the boat which made even funnier and more interesting!! Even if you didn’t come with anyone you will make friends just by dancing!

Amazing Tour
Great experience, if this was all I did the whole trip I would be content. We actually learned alot about Mayans, the culture, and the development of the cities. The tour guys were awesome Stich & Moo. Food was great, and the tour was very well planned.
Cenotes were great!

10/10 Recommend
This is a lovely experience! It was my first time doing everything and it is safe, plus I was able to make friends! My tour guide was Luis and I loved him and his customer service, but everybody was great including my drivers, and the representative who I was texting via WhatsApp. I recommend bringing cash to tip as it helps them a lot, you can purchase the photo package for about $60 USD through card payments as well. The ziplining was my favorite because it was a good breeze since it was about 80° F. Don’t forget sunscreen, bug spray, perhaps a snack, filtered water, TOWEL if you want to get wet (the cenote looked well managed) Oh and maybe anti nauseous pills because the ATV can be a bit bumpy. I am Muslim and I did not feel uncomfortable at any point, long pants and a long shirt actually helped me not get bit by any bugs! Have fun!

Beautiful Park with Amazing Wildlife and Great Experiences
The park is absolutely beautiful! The animal habitats are spacious and designed to feel completely natural, with flowing streams, waterfalls, and lush vegetation throughout. We especially enjoyed the butterfly house, aviary, dolphins, and tortoises — each area was thoughtfully maintained and easy to explore.
Be prepared to walk quite a bit, but the park is easy to navigate by following the colored tiles (blue, red, black, or green) embedded in the walkways. We stopped for lunch at Las Bocas Restaurant (#41 on the map), an open-air spot that turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. We ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, which were absolutely amazing — perfectly seasoned and fresh. My husband enjoyed a cold beer served in a frosty glass, and I had their fresh-squeezed lemonade, which was refreshing on a warm day. The total was around $50 USD, which we felt was an excellent value for the quality and service. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
The park also features two rivers you can swim in — one easy and one more challenging. We chose the more advanced one. The first half was smooth and relaxing, but the second half swims against the current, so you’ll need to be a confident swimmer. In most areas, you can’t touch the bottom, so I wouldn’t recommend this one for young kids or weak swimmers. Definitely bring water socks, as some of the rocks you might brush against are sharp and lava-like. Life jackets are required for both rivers, and fins are available if you want them (we chose to go without).
There are multiple locker areas for towels and clothes, and you’re allowed to bring your own water bottles — there are refill stations throughout the park. They also sell canned water for about $20 pesos. We purchased our tickets through Viator, and upon arrival, we exchanged the electronic tickets for wristbands at the ticket window (photo ID required). We arrived by taxi right at opening, which was perfect because the park stayed quiet for the first few hours before the bus groups arrived.
All in all, this park was a fantastic experience — beautiful scenery, well-cared-for animals, delicious food, and plenty to explore. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to visit again!

Great fun
Nice trip, where you can have fun, enjoy half an hour of jet ski (15 minutes per person), than have a short break with a mayan ritual (wasn’t originally written in the description, we joined another group for that), than carry on with a speedboat. That part was superfun- speedboat was easy, snorkelling near the coral reef and underwater figures was amazing. Guides did their job well.
The only irritating things were: asking for tip on every step, I felt like I couldn’t turn around without being asked to give them money.
The second one - tacos for lunch. The first time in Mexico I didn’t like the food. Cold, fried and dry tacos weren’t on my list of things to try.
Third- bear in mind that the photos they take are super pricey- they want 59 USD for them.

🤿 Five Breathtaking Spots and Wonderful Guides!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The tour took us to five stunning spots — a cenote, a shipwreck, the underwater museum, and beautiful reefs where we saw two marine turtles and plenty of marine life.
Our guides, Daisy and Charlie, were fantastic — so kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They knew exactly where to go for the best sights, and the transportation was smooth and right on time.
Everything was well organized and unforgettable. The only thing to note is that the photos and videos offered were a bit expensive, but overall, this was an incredible experience we would absolutely recommend!

Sensational tour
Incredible experience. Our tour guide Naara picked us up on time from our hotel. Really nice air conditioned ride to the bay. Thier was coffee and toast when we arrived and the option to rent wet suits. For first time divers I would say it’s not needed as having the life jacket on means you get to be more stress free, therefore more time to focus on the whale sharks. Then we got on the boat to sail past Isla mjures to the sharks. We got lucky that another boat had found the whale sharks before we arrived so no waiting around. Be prepared it is fast paced as they have to make sure there is time for all 10 people on the boat to jump in, 2 at a time. You can bring your own phone to film, additionally they have a diver that follows you with a go pro. The videos they got were great but we have waterproof cases and got great videos as well so decided not to buy the videos. We got lucky and got to jump in twice. The first time everything happens so fast so just focus on swimming as fast as you can as the whale shark will be faster than you. We got very lucky that it was feeding so it was quite slow but they can go off really fast. You are provided with flippers and a snorkel with goggles which really helps make everything easier. The second time jumping is so much better as you know your bearings and got a hang of the snorkel by then. Additionally my gf brought her goggles as she needs lenses in here so you can bring your own gear. We were lucky enough to see 2 other whale sharks while sailing back aswell. The feeling of swimming with the sharks is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, absolutely breathtaking. Then after the dive you head to a beach on Isla mjures. There you get to swim in the crystal clear waters on the beach while the crew prepare lunch. The lunch was delicious, it included fresh guacamole with ceviche and tortillas chips. They also provide plenty of water and soft drinks all ice cold. Then after that you head home. Overall the experience was 11/10. All went so smoothly and stress free. Our tour guide was brilliant and gave us plenty of time to prepare for the dive, give information on the sharks and overall be a great companion for the day. Tips for anyone going:
• being spare clothes and a towel
• a must is a waterproof phone case
•maybe some snacks for the journey there as from the hotel to the sharks it’s 3 and a half hours total (varies on which hotel you stay at)
•don’t bring suncream unless it’s eco friendly, however you can only use it on the beach, not with the whale sharks.
• So bring a hat and sunglasses
•practise your swimming
