It was an amazing experience. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We completed our booking within 24 hours, but we realized that the original tour schedule would have made it difficult for us to return to our cruise on time. We reached out to Ryan Jan, one of the representatives from Viator, and he was incredibly helpful. Ryan contacted the local agency, Dreams for Tours, directly, and within less than two hours, they reached out to us to help arrange an earlier starting time. They were able to make the change, allowing us to enjoy the tour while still making it back to our cruise on time. That level of customer service was truly appreciated! Once we arrived, the hospitality was fantastic. And a BIG shout-out to Francesco, our tour guide! What an amazing person! He was attentive, respectful, professional, and did a wonderful job explaining the history and culture of Puglia. I honestly cannot say enough great things about him—I would give him 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we returned, we were running a little late, and I asked if he could drop me and my wife off at the cruise terminal. We only did the bus transfers, no guided tours or extra tickets, but it was exactly as we expected! Our driver was great, the whole day was timely, and we had plenty of time to explore both towns on our own. Clear instructions and plans for the whole day.

We had the best time in Bari, this tour delivered everything described and more. Chaira the tour leader was BRILLIANT! Incredibly knowledgable, efficient and funny! The pasta making was a wonderful experience and we ate delicious pasta (not the ones we made! lol!)

Good valued short tour to see coastline along Polignano a Mare. Tour was 1.5 hours. We arrived early and ristorante nearby to have lunch before the tour. Our skipper Andrea was kind and informative. Great boating skills negotiating small sea caves. Bonus to stop for swim at end plus enjoy glass of Prosecco.

Excellent boat trip. We really enjoyed the tour along the beautiful coastline and visiting the caves. The guide was very good and gave us lots of information. Would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit the caves. The rose prosecco was a lovely end to the trip!

Very professional company, everything was perfectly organized. The driver and guide were both super friendly, knowledgeable and made the day really enjoyable. Matera is a unique town, that must be visited once in a lifetime. They also offered to change the drop-off point at the end of the tour as we preferred to stay closer to Bari city center see the christmas lights. You can trust them completely - and you won't regret it!

This boat tour was absolutely incredible! Our guide Claudio was outstanding – knowledgeable, professional, and engaging throughout the entire journey. Despite traveling from the United States (New Jersey), we couldn't have asked for a better experience exploring the stunning Polignano a Mare coastline.
