We'll provide you with aprons, spatulas and spoons and then we'll get to work! The ingredients you will use will be: Local pasture milk from the Alta Murgia Park, eggs from free-range hens, simple cooking sugar, plus the "secret" ingredient that we will select for you! During this experience you will discover how it is possible to create something good and genuine, using a few simple local ingredients and you will understand why (unlike what is believed) it is really difficult to find artisanal ice cream in Italy with a very short list of ingredients.
