Without you realizing it, you find yourself living the life of a real Italian chef for a few hours. You learn and eat together, in small groups, led by a Pro Chef Ambassador. You are not a spectator: you put your hands in pasta, you work selected raw materials from the territory, you discover tricks and gestures from professional cooking and then you sit at the table to enjoy, in pure Italian style, the dishes you helped create. Live a complete experience, from the welcome, to the hands in the dough, to the shared table, which focuses on the quality of time, relationships and the memory you take away: for a day, “be a chef for a day”
