The vehicle will be parked directly in front of your hotel entrance or residential curb for easy boarding. Security Check: For your safety and privacy, your chauffeur will personally greet you and verify your name and booking details before you enter the vehicle. White-Glove Service: Throughout the day, your chauffeur will act as your personal concierge. You are welcome to leave your shopping bags, coats, or personal items securely inside the SUV while you explore the Falls or wineries. The boat trip was amazing it’s a must be prepared to get wet even with the poncho you are given.

Car was clean and driver was on time. Helicopter is worth the add on. Book your own reservation for lunch. We went to Table Rock, more expensive but I wanted real food. Make sure to book a reservation prior or the wait will be long.
Boat ride is worth it but make sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting soaked. Do not wear expensive shoes.

The tour was a superbe experience. Driver guide Siva did an excellent job, trying to accommodate any request and really making sure the tour was tailored to my needs. He was very friendly, courteous and pleasant to talk to, draw my attention to many little details which I would otherwise maybe not have noticed and is an excellent driver. The car itself was most comfortable so that all in all this tour was a most enjoyable experience.

Our tour guide Shahz was amazing! It felt like we were traveling with a friend. We were driven from Toronto to Niagra Falls in style with music. We ate out over the falls. They sang happy birthday to my fiancé. Then we did the boat ride and even stopped at a haunted house. This tour is indescribable. Just book!

We had Shyabe (excuse the spelling!) as our tour guide and despite his young age, he was very knowledgeable and personable young gentleman. We were able to modify our trip to our taste, (we don’t drink so skipped the wine tasting) so that we had more time to explore and shop. I highly recommend this tour and after this experience, I may only do private tours from now on.
