In case the customer doesn't furnish the hotel name, please contact us 24 hours before the tour to arrange pick-up details. Pick-up times vary between 3:30 pm to depending on your hotel's location. We'll confirm the precise pick-up time accordingly. For those with confirmed transportation, kindly be ready in the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Look out for our driver in khaki slacks, a white polo, and holding a Pez Gato sign.
