The pickup from the airport port was great, however this was “Roatan Round Trip Shuttle “ and no arrangements have been made to return us to the airport.

It still is round trip transportation. You entered your departure date as March 23rd in your own voucher. If your departure date changed, simply amend your voucher and Viator will update us or you could notify us directly. You decided to make "other arrangements" as you put it. Safe travels home!

This was a very easy and smooth pickup. I didn’t catch the drivers name but he was very friendly and fun to talk with. Had a nice ride over to our hotel. We were so pleased we booked this for our return to the airport.

So a little unsure about how to review this. The transfer was all good, was able to meet the driver, as expected, within a reasonable time frame. Having said that, it would have been nice to know that when leaving Roatan via the airport that you first need to be processed at the immigration office which is not at the airport itself. Thankfully I left plenty of time, but it cost me double as I then had to take a taxi from the airport, to the office, and back. I guess it should have been on me to know that, but would have been nice had the driver or transfer company verified with me prior to dropping me off.

You arrived via a cruise ship and departed on an international flight, of course you had to be cleared by immigration. A simple google search could have confirmed this for you or asking the immigration staff on your cruise ship or at the Mahogany Bay cruise terminal. It is not the driver's responsibility to know your immigration status even though they would have been happy to help had you asked them. Thank you!

Scheduled a transfer from the airport to our rental. Communication was top notch, and Alex, our driver, was waiting for us when we arrived — even though our flight had been delayed. Alex shared plenty of his local knowledge as he skillfully navigated the narrow streets and delivered us safely to our destination. Highly recommend!

We have no reservations under your name or the name Melinda period. We have pick ups on every flight daily and multiple drivers so no one left early. We are aware of every flight delay or early entry. This is a daily routine for us.

Top notch service … Jason’s team at detour roatan know how to take care of you … we used them throughout our week trip in march … to & from airport … infinity bay beach day pass & then for a nice day in west end for lunch at Harry’s hideaway … rum factory & chocolate factory … highly recommend detour roatan … Jason the owner was one of our drivers… we had nick who went out of his way to take us to the best baleada place in west end … we also had Sammy Sandy as a driver
