In the morning, meet your guide and group directly at your hotel in the South or West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Hop aboard your air-conditioned van, and set off for a full day of exploring.
After driving along Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, travel through the lush Tijuca Forest. Along the way, make a stop at Paineiras to embark on a journey to the summit of Corcovado Mountain, where the Christ the Redeemer statue awaits. Admire spectacular views overlooking the city while you're there.

The tour was well-paced, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed, along with many opportunities to take great photos throughout the day. We visited Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Selarón Steps, and many other highlights included in the tour program.
Our tour guide, Sal, was exceptional, sharing fascinating historical insights as well as helpful safety tips along the way. We also chose the lunch option, which was absolutely worth it — excellent quality Rodízio-style food paired with great service.
Sal truly went above and beyond to keep the group organized, focused, and on schedule, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended — this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Rio is a vibrant, stunning, and unforgettable city.

Jal the tour guide was excellent. He explained everything very well in English and kept the group well managed and strictly to time. It is not easy to keep 18 people from 5 different nationalities entertained and in check. Bravo Jal!

This tour with Alessandro and Victor was awesome. The tour took us to Christ Redeemer which is breathtaking in person. Next, we drove by where the largest Carnival is held and onto Maracana Stadium for a quick photo. We then visited The Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio which is absolutely beautiful to see inside. Then we went to the Saleron steps (stairs) where we were able to shop for souvenirs and sightseeing. The lunch was delicious and you will not leave hungry from the spread. Lastly, we were off to the mountains of Unca and Sugarloaf for the amazing views of the city. Overall, very nice trip and would do again.

Everything about this tour ran smoothly from start to finish. Both our driver and our tour guide, Leandro, were efficient, organized, and made the day feel easy and stress-free. One of the highlights was the surprise stop at an authentic churrascaria for lunch. The food and service were excellent and added a really special, local touch to the experience.
I also appreciated the structure of the tour. We were given clear time limits at each stop but still had the freedom to explore and sightsee on our own, which made it feel flexible without being chaotic.
The only thing I would have added is a stop at a shopping area along the route to browse for authentic souvenirs. That would have made the day even more complete.

The trip, driver and guide were very good. The guide showed us everything that was foreseen in the program. I didn't give 5 stars since I think that it is too much for 1 day. The time you have available is sometimes not enough (especially due to cues). The lunch was served very late and I think it would be better to do the cathedral and the Selaron steps after lunch. For future visitors, I propose to do two half tours which will be allowing to relax more. This trip was great but exhausting.

The tour was excellent. Flavio was a great guide and had excellent knowledge of the history of the different areas. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Apart from visiting Christ the Redeemer, my favourite part was the Selaron Steps. I could have done with having longer there. All in all we saw loads and had a great time.

I seamless experience which enables you to cover all key sites in one single day. The tour was comprised of a small group and a special shout out to the Tour Guide Newton. He was super friendly, funny and worked with all the group folks instead of rushing to cover everything and finishing up the tour early.

I would say it was okay. But a bit boring. The guide did not entertain that much. So it’s fine if i feel not safe to travel alone in this city

A great day out that gets you to the ‘must see’ attractions. Flávio our guide adjusted the tour so that we missed the busy times at the main attractions thus reducing queue times which was good. It would have been helpful to me if he’d had a lollipop stick/ flag/ umbrella to see him as a couple of times I lost him for a short while. One guide I saw had an oven glove (mitten) which was unique when he raised his hand.

We brought our 2.5 year old baby. Best not to bring a pram, just a carrier if you can. Bring snacks if you have kids, we were pretty hungry by lunch. And lunch was nice, our first churrasco experience. It was a lovely trip, and everyone was friendly in the group. The lady who was our tour guide was amazing and spoke so many languages with ease. I enjoyed sugar loaf the most cause we saw the cutest little monkeys. My baby who had never seen a money in real life, and doesn’t even talk that much immediately pointed and said “monkey!” So it was so special to have that moment.

I took this tour before and it was excellent ;however, this time was terrible .
First, pick up time was 830( when I bought it) , then I get an email stating pick up time is 755AM. Please note I was traveling in the air landed at 2AM so when I checked my email it was in the morning. I don’t think that’s fair and something that should be mentioned when you pay.
2) I didn’t purchase the sugarloaf or the lunch. When I took the tour before it was at the end so the people who did not get lunch and sugarloaf were taken home instead of waiting. Please note in the itinerary that is what is listed. However, once again, tour did not go according to itinerary. First, sugarloaf which we had to wait 45 mins for everything then lunch time we had to wait another hour. We couldn’t go back to the hotel because the last stop was the Christ the redeemer.
3) Now, because Christ redeemer was after lunch in which we waited one hour… it started to rain. Not the tour companies fault for weather; however, if we stuck to the schedule we would have been able to see Christ the redeemer. We got maybe 30 seconds at the statue and were kicked out because of lightning for our safety ( totally understandable).
Please note I checked the weather before so I was completely aware it was suppose to rain starting at 2PM. However, I booked it anyway because if we followed the itinerary, it would have been completely fine.
Overall, complete waste of money.
Tours should comply with times and itinerary listed.

Lots of queuing we did expect this but it ruined experience.
Meal so rushed at first waiters coming every 2 minutes with beef beef we had no idea what we were eating.
Maybe a lanyard with cut of beef or photos would be good.
Also we sat in restaurant for a long long time so why the manic rush to serve the meat?
Having said that Meal was very nice and fresh salad buffet very good.
Van very uncomfortable and restrictive view from back seats as we were almost last to be picked up. Maybe don't fill all seats in van especially the back seats
Guide looked bored most of the time and gave minimal information about Rio.
I learnt more from internet.
All in all disappointed in the day and it's not cheap.

Hotel pick up was seamless and the guide set up a WhatsApp group up son we all knew times etc. picked up on time straight to Christ the redeemer, off to the steps, the Centro a decent buffet lunch and the highlight for us Sugar loaf mountain cable cars. Saw everything we wanted to see in one full day, fuss free. Shattered at the end but so worth it. Leticia the host was amazing Momma and her babies Fantastic
