A must do to get out of the City

This is a great way to learn about areas outside Santiago. Our day with Esme our guide and Roberto was very enjoyable. We loved experiencing the switchback roadway and Inca Lagoon. Thank you both for a great day. Esme was an outstanding guide. Her ability to switch between languages during her commentary was amazing. It would have been helpful to have a small step to assist getting in and out of the van especially for older travellers.

A fabulous way to explore the Andes

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience eventhough the weather was not all that forgiving when we arrived at the hot springs. It was very cold and windy but, when we settled into the hot pools we thawed out. It was well worth it. Our guide, Jamie, was delightful and made sure our needs were met. The BBQ was delicious and the wine was plentiful. Overall we would highly recommend this trip. We were also lucky to have a private tour. Thanks for everything Jamie

Here’s a polished version that keeps your casual, genuine tone: We had such a great experience on the Maipo Valley wine tour! The tour was really well balanced, with lots of great wine and a nice variety to taste throughout the day. The wineries were beautiful, and my friends and I especially loved all the vineyard dogs! Benjamin was amazing, very knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly very passionate about the wines. He was always happy to answer questions and made the whole experience fun and easy to enjoy. Roberto was also an amazing driver, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this wine tour to anyone who wants to dip their toes into Maipo Valley wines. It was a great way to experience the region, learn more about the wines, and have a really enjoyable day!

Cristoban was a great...

Cristoban was a great guide, and showed us around on all the stops, guiving good historical context and allowing us to see some real unique stuff - Ben the Sea Lion was a highlight. My only "but" would be the roan time in Valparaiso, I'd have enjoyed a bit more guidance on what to see. But this is not enough to take away a star.

What wonderful tour I...

What wonderful tour I had. My tour guide Benjamin, was nothing less than awesome. He was full of information and I learned a lot. You could tell he was very passionate about what he does. Also, the driver was great. The restaurant where we had got lunch at was very delicious. Also the wine tour at the end was the best. Highly recommend this tour!

When we booked the trip to the Andes. Communication and updates were given right away. All the questions that we had were answered immediately by the tour company. Me and my husband had a beautiful experience that we will never forget. Everlasting memories were created. The experience is electric.

Outstanding

Out of 6 wine tours I did in South America, this was easily the most memorable. Álvaro, the driver/guide, was right on time for pickup and a super lovely guy who speaks excellent Portuguese and English (as well as Spanish). The wineries we visited for tastings were excellent: firstly, Emiliana, which has a beautiful organic farm complete with alpacas, where we sat down for a flight of four wines with paired nibbles. Then Casa del Molle, a passion project for the owner Gabriel (also trilingual) who showed us how he and his wife are creating a self-sufficient farm (with more alpacas, among other animals) and producing small-batch wines by hand (literally hand-crushing the grapes in a barrel) before pouring samples of their sauvignon blanc and syrah in their light-filled, barrel-inspired tasting room. Then at Bodegas RE, we tried a couple of their unusual blends, 'pinotel' and 'cabergnan'. No long explanations of the wine-making process (which I saw many times in Mendoza) - just good wines in beautiful places with friendly people. Finally, we had lunch at Tanino restaurant at Casas del Bosque, a much busier and touristic venue, but very nice. I 100% recommend choosing this tour to visit the Casablanca Valley wine region.

Hop on/off was on target

A great hop on/off tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Touristic is a top notch company. You might mention the online bus tracking app in your original tour description very helpful. Had a bit of difficulty getting the Turistik vouchers for the cable car and funicular, but the tour guides fixed it all. Highly recommended way to see santiago indeed!
