Miguel was able to accommodate our changing schedule and pick up location. It was a smooth experience booking and getting picked up and dropped off in a clean, air conditioned vehicle was a bonus. I’ve been on Buggies with another company in the past and this experience was 100 times better.
The staff is amazing and well organized. They kept us safe from road hazards.
The farm is where we learned about coco, coffee and other cool Dominican products. We also went to the beach, it was only 20 minutes long and we wish it was longer, it was beautiful and refreshing after a hot drive.
The cave is only for strong swimmers but you can take some amazing photos.
Remember to bring your bandannas and sunglasses.You will get dirty so don’t wear your favourite clothes! And cover your body because you will get a burn. I didn’t and Ooopps!!!

It was ok for what it was. The English for instructions and information on the tour was limited, but almost everybody in our group spoke Spanish except us so that could be why. The stop at the Dominican village was good if you haven’t heard that information before, but the stop at the cenote had WAY too many people in a very small space due to other tours as well. The beach was good and had a few vendors for souvenir shopping off resort, which is nice. If this is the only one you do and have nothing to compare it to, it’s probably OK. But we had done a different one earlier in the week that was just a much better experience.

Great day spent getting dirty. Stops were interesting. It was great seeing some of the Dominican countryside. Make sure you wear clothes that wash well or you can get rid of due to the mud. Staff was exceptional and made sure nobody was left behind.

I have done this tour a few times over the years with different companies. I would say even though the experience was not bad it also was not great. The tour started late. We had to move buggies due to ours being broke, other buggies broke down along the way. I would recommend using a different company.

I would not recommend this tour if safety is your priority. While it was definitely authentic and fun, there were some serious safety concerns. We were not given helmets, which was surprising. Two of the buggies broke down during the tour—one of them was ours. The brakes stopped working, and halfway through the ride they had to shut off our engine because we couldn’t stop safely.
All of the buggies appeared to be hotwired, which was pretty alarming to me. That said, the staff themselves were very fun, friendly, and genuinely tried their best to help throughout the experience.
This tour feels much more like a mom-and-pop operation rather than a professionally run company. If you’re looking for a more safety-focused tour, this is not the one for you. We did have fun overall, but it was definitely scary at times.

Great experience driving and Antonio was a great guide. Went during seaweed season so the beach only was nice to look at. Cenote is crowded. Overall it was a good experience for the money. Everyone was super friendly as well.

Absolutely amazing time! It was everything they said it would be. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is shopping at that onsite store. Everything is over priced and you can find all the same stuff cheaper in other places and at the airport.

Riding the buggys was fun but the locations we went to werent great. The beach was full of seaweed. They should choose a different place to take us. It was very unsightly. The cave is cool but not very lit up need more lights.

A rushed a chaotic start. The first buggy we were in, the steering wheel did not work and we lost control. Instead of getting help, we were shouted at. Once we reported it to another person we were given one that did work which was good.

This excursion was an absolute blast—loud, muddy, and filled with unforgettable moments! I cherished every second of the adventure. My only wish is that there had been a bit more communication; there were times when I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the fun at all!

We were never picked up at our hotel. I call the company and they told me to take a taxi and they will pay for it. While in the taxi I ask the guys how much is the cost he told me $70 us i tried calling the company and they finally and after about 10 times. They refuse to pay the full amount wanted me to half. Since we half way there I had choice but to agree because it would have cost me that much to have turn back around to the hotel. I need to be compensated back for my $35. Please ascise. The ATV riding experience was amazing and safe. The only thing that sucks are the vendors at each stop, they all sell the same items and hound you to buy items. The ride back on the open air bus is not cool. They bring you there in like a Uber, eventhough it six of us in a jeep, and then put everyone on a open air bus that goes to all the resorts for return. Didn't like that experience at all.

Really cool experience. Family of 3, we did the buggies after a night of heavy rainfall, which made for an adventurous ride use through the mud. Guides are pleasant and professional. Pick-up was a bit confusing, but it did not mar the experience — they gave us a 2 hour pickup window. We were not happy about this, happy we did not end up canceling as the experience was totally worth it!

Our pick up/ drop off driver was the best part of this experience, but the whole 4wheeler ride was disappointing, we rode super super slow, the idle of my bike was high so I actually had to be pressing the brake the whole time that’s how fast they will take u but ppl at the bike station was very nice, I saw other groups from other companies actually riding and ppl enjoying, a lady the was on her 60’s even complained about how slow we goin

Booking was confirmed for Hotel pickup literally 1 hour before “pickup” time my family and I received a message stating that they were not coming to pick us up from our Resort and that we would have to provide our own transportation to a location that was about 30 minutes away. We ended up having to book thru our hotel for the same excursion and pay $100 more than originally booked! This was such a huge inconvenience! I do not recommend this company at all unless you don’t mind having to spend additional money and being inconvenienced while attempting to enjoy yourself on vacation.

From start to finish was perfect the communication was solid. Friendly and reliable. We got picked up in a fun safari truck drove to the ranch were we learned about coca bean and how it's extracted to chocolate we learned about coffee and vanilla. We got in buggies and drove to a little village to the cave amazing stunning. We went from there to a beach wow amazing. We did not feel pressure to buy anything for first time in Domincan. We than purchased coffee based on this exact feeling.

Don’t forget a bandana or a neck gaiter and sunglasses bring cash if you plan on buying anything as the WiFi is not too good. And to tip the guides as well. The Guides took lots of photos and we were able to download quickly. Our driver was fantastic he gave us info on other things to do in DR the sub was comfortable compared to others who rode on open air buses we rode in a private suv there and back. Our driver even stopped on the way back to the hotel and helped us order real DR comfort food for the drive back.
