- Extra cruises are free for up to 30 days. *Daintree Explorer Pass is free and subject to seat Fare paying passengers on their first cruise are given priority on seat availability. Second cruise *free passengers are welcome to return on a later cruise date for up to 30 days. Proof of identity and Crocodile Express Pass is required on all passengers travelling on 'extra cruise'.

Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. We saw 3 female crocodiles despite the unfavourable weather.

We had a lovely morning on the Daintree River Crocodile cruise with Jayden. He was very knowledgeable about the Daintree and its wildlife. Unfortunately there weren’t many croc sightings but we still had a good morning

The conditions weren't ideal for Crocodile spotting but the captain managed to spot a beautiful female on the bank as well as a snake in a tree. Very informative and thoroughly recommend.
We also booked for a 2pm cruise but we're delayed. We called up and was switched to 3.30pm without any issues.

Turned out to be really worth it even though the weather was a bit cloudy with a light shower or two.
The schedule was respected and gave many information about the whole wildlife.

The boat captain Jed was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. It was a relaxing cruise and so beautiful. We did both the cruises and had a fantastic trip.

Cruising the beautiful upper reaches of the Daintree River. The crocs we saw soaking up the sun, the eagles and other birdlife we observed, the magnificent rainforest dipping down to the river combined with the informative commentary of Jayden made for a very special tour.
The cruise was uncrowded and leisurely and Jayden answered all our questions expertly.

We were running late but managed to still get the cruise. Seeing the level of previous flooding that had occurred and the resulting damage. Tour guide knew were to find the crocodiles. Would have liked to have seen more crocodiles and them actually in the water.

The online booking was VERY confusing. We were not sure which cruise company we booked. Directions were not clear as the booking ticket was called Daintree River Cruise - the same as a few others before reaching Daintree Village. Nowhere did it stipulate Croc Express on the ticket - we had to ask several people who were also unsure until we asked at Croc Express office and were directed to the boat. When we arrived the tour guide was unable to confirm we were at the right place as he didn't have a list of attendees, but said he would take us.

We saw several crocodiles and birds. The boat captain was knowledgeable and easy going and managed the trip solely with comfort for everyone. Surprisingly there was a 2nd trip on offer for free on a different leg of the river.

We booked the tour for the kids to see the crocodiles but we were stunned how beautiful the scenery was. We were lucky to see 2 crocodiles during our tour. The boat seats were comfortable and was driven smoothly. The tour guide was very informative and was accommodating in answering all our questions. This place is an hour and a half drive from Cairns but is worth the drive. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Even when the changes of seeing cross at high tide were slim the crew was still excited to share their knowledge of the area with excitement. We were lucky to see 2 salties right at the end..
With the added bonus of being able to go to the other site we sore even more in the salt water. So exciting.
