This was a such a great tour! Austin was a wonderful tour host. We made a mistake and booked for the wrong day, and they were willing to accommodate us. The equipment was top notch and the food they served was fantastic. They came around and made sure we had some great pictures as memories. Overall great tour and highly recommend.

The boat was very clean & comfortable. Crew went above & beyond to make sure everyone had the best time possible. We saw humpback whales & lots of fish when snorkeling. And the sunset was beautiful.

Portions of the outing were executed so poorly we found ourselves wanting it to end, specifically snorkeling was a 0/10 experience. It wasn’t just the low visibility and lack of things to see in the spot they took us, I wouldn’t have faulted them entirely for that, it was the way they managed the group snorkeling that felt very disappointing. With a large group they should’ve had multiple guides for the snorkeling or let people freely snorkel on their own, instead everyone was on top of one another trying to follow the one guide who wasn’t leading us to see anything, a few times my partner and I tried to get just a meter or so away from the group and were quickly called to come back towards them, it felt unsafe, i am very comfortable snorkeling typically, but I hated having my face in the water because I kept getting hit by others, our vacation was amazing and we had so many wonderful tours we booked through viatour this one was severely disappointing however. If you are excited about the snorkeling (like we were) skip this trip, it is NOT for you. Other portions felt pretty awkward as well, they really wanted people to join the dance party and were yelling over the mic for people in different parts of the catamaran to come join in, get encouraging the party but it felt forced and awkward instead of enjoyable. Also they were pushing hard for tips towards the end making announcements and holding a sign uncomfortably close to everyone trying to exit, they made a lot of comments amount how they don’t charge a service fee so they wanted tips, I’d rather they just charge the darn service fee and then we’d tip as a little extra if the experience warranted rather than feeling non-stop pressured to tip.

There were 34 guests on board that day, and you two were the only guests who expressed dissatisfaction after leaving the boat. Before disembarking, our guide asked the group about their experience and no complaints were expressed at that time.
Planet Dolphin has been operating since 1989 and has welcomed thousands of guests over the years. Our guests safety has always been our highest priority.
That particular day was very windy, which affected ocean conditions, including snorkeling visibility. These natural conditions and marine-life sightings are beyond our control. For safety reasons, especially in windy conditions, guests must remain close to the supervised snorkeling group rather than snorkel independently.
The music and dancing are intended to create a fun atmosphere, but participation is always optional. Likewise, gratuities are completely optional.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.

Tour was great. W8sh we could have seen dolphins or whales but they can't control the wildlife. Staff is amazing food is wonderful. Highly recommend this tour.

This is by far one of the most fun snorkel cruises we have been on. I went with my teenage daughter. There were people of all ages on board. Austin is a wonderful guide and the entire crew was great. We had so much fun. For a snorkel cruise, the food was excellent, it was fresh and grilled, not what I expected. I would take this cruise over and over again.

It was an awesome experience for my whole family of 14, 9 adults and 5 kids. The tour great the food and drinks were very good, the crew were friendly and helpful. The snorkeling gear however, not so good. Bring your own if you can.

We looked at several different catamaran tours in the Flamingo area but we are so glad we chose this tour. Our family (5 adults, 1 teen) had a great time. The views of Flamingo and the surrounding area are amazing from the water. The crew was very friendly and energetic. The snorkeling was mediocre, we didn’t really see anything while snorkeling. Our family enjoyed using the water slide into the ocean and jumping from the top of the boat. The provided dinner was good. I would definitely recommend booking this tour if you are in the area!

Awesome time. There were storms several days before we went so the water was very murky so we missed out on snorkeling, but the crew did an awesome job of making the trip amazing!!

Great experience! Boat was very clean and well maintained. Crew was incredibly kind to everyone. Ages on board ranged from 8 to 84 and everyone enjoyed it! Food was delicious! My teenagers who are picky, went back for seconds. Snorkeling was good, swimming in the cove was nice and drinks were very good. We’d do this again!

My family of all ages, including 2 children, 3&5 had such a fun time. Staff were friendly, helpful and very entertaining. Food was delicious. The sunset was gorgeous. We highly recommend this cruise.

This was a great experience. The boat had plenty of room. It was covered for people who didn't want to be in the sun all day. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly. We loved the music and people were dancing and having a good time. We got to see dolphins up close and the snorkeling was good. The snorkeling could have been better but it was cloudy and sometimes hard to see. There was a lot of swimming in order to keep up with our guide which was hard at times. We had a blast though and I would recommend it again!

We booked this in hopes of experiencing new snorkeling destinations by boat. We were disappointed to find it was primarily a floating party with very loud music the whole 4 hours and the brief stop for snorkeling was in deep murky water with a red life vest around our waists so nothing to see. The food was decent and the staff were nice, and the slide was fun it’s just not why we booked the tour.

Our experience is designed as a full ocean adventure, not just a snorkeling tour. It includes cruising along the coastline, searching for marine wildlife, swimming, music, food, and drinks—so snorkeling is only one part of the overall experience.
Snorkeling conditions can vary day to day, as visibility is completely controlled by Mother Nature and factors like tides, wind, and currents. Some days offer clearer water than others, and unfortunately that is outside of our control.
Regarding the life vest, for safety reasons we do require guests to take one with them in the water, but it does not need to be worn if you don't want, only carried and returned after use.

I highly recommend this tour. My son is 8 and I’m 42. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend it. I would absolutely do it again without question. It was such a vibe. The crew is so friendly and fun. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The food was outstanding, so much better than resort food. There were people of all ages. Even babies onboard. Come as you are, bring a towel if you wish. We went in April and it was warm and sunny. We only got to see fish. But it was still worth the boat ride.
