I enjoyed the audio tour with the Rick Steves’ commentary. It was very informative and helpful in working our way around a large overwhelming museum. The tour helped in pointing out some of the premier exhibits.

Fake Tickets - Scam !!

Do not buy the tickets were fake and a scam. Horrible. Tickets did not work and we had to buy new ones when we got there it was a mess.

It was a scam, fake tickets were sent over. Provider refuses to refund. Viator is slow to respond. Museum employees confirmed tickets were fake and were previously used. Had to buy new ones at the museum.

Don’t do it - a complete rip-off!The booking is only for the entry at double the price! The ticket didn’t arrive until 10:43am, 15 minutes before supposed entry AND many messages to the Viator staff (who were very helpful). I should have read the reviews

Total Scam!!

Total scam. They sold us fake tickets. When we arrived at the Louvre, they told us the tickets were fake, copies of someone else’s ticket. We had to go and buy new tickets from the museum. Don’t buy this tour, total scam. Im disappointed that Viator is offering this company on their platform. Makes me question using them in the future.

Overall - poor experience

Poor experience. Overall instruction a to retrieve the tickets was poor. Should be more explicit. Once finally inside, I was told the tickets did not include the audio guide so we had to move around without an audio. Access to internet was patchy so that did not help ie I couldn’t access the tickets - which did include an audio guide at £6 per person.

Fake tickets

They gave us fake tickets. We were able to buy real ones there, but Louve ticket office said our tickets were a PDF with a real ticket number with the name and time changed that had been sold many times.

Totally Fraud!

The tickets we got were not under our names, so, we could not get into the museum Louvre. It was a totally fraud. I do not recommend this company to buy any tickets.

Scam

I was never sent the QR code, so me and my family were not able to get into the museum. We had to leave after standing in the rain for 30 mins trying to figure out with Viator how to get the tickets. We had to leave, and booked directly with the museum for another day. I have requested a refund and have not received it yet.
