My family time slot to me meet the guide was at 10:00 am, when we got there he showed up w a group of ppl and told us that we are now in the second part of the tour. So we missed a lot from the first part. Makes us feel cheated. Other than the guide was great.

Regarding the 15 sights, the tour is designed to cover all the major highlights. However, the exact route and timing can occasionally be affected by factors such as group pace, traffic, public transport delays.
We always do our best to ensure guests experience as many sights as possible.

Guide was friendly and it was a great way to see all the important sights as well as learn about the Metro. However, our particular guide was soft spoken and moved way too quickly for the group. She only had basic knowledge of the sights and knew very little about the surrounding buildings. We felt forced (although we agreed) to join a group already in progress so we missed the first part of the tour

We would like to clarify a couple of points for future readers. On the day of your tour, we accommodated your request to join an earlier group because you arrived ahead of your scheduled start time. This is not something we normally offer, but we were happy to try to help.
As for the first section of the tour, you did not miss any part of the experience that you had booked. The guests who were already with the guide had purchased a longer tour option which includes additional sights and time with the guide. Your booking was for the later section only, and you joined exactly where your tour was scheduled to begin.
We appreciate your comments regarding the guide’s pace and speaking volume and will certainly pass this feedback on to help us improve. Our tours are designed to cover a large number of sights across Paris, which does require a reasonable walking pace, but we always strive to ensure everyone can comfortably follow along.

Our guide Sashka was very knowledgeable she took us seamlessly around the city and explained the history of the iconic landmarks. We also feel more confident on the Metro now too. This is a great way to see Paris and we would highly recommend this tour.

We were first time visitors to Paris, and were only there for a couple of days, so this tour worked perfectly for us to get to the must see items on our list. We covered a lot of ground, both on Foot and the metro. We saw many of the “major“ sites – Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triumphe, Moulin Rouge, and our wonderful tour guide Marielle gave us history on them all. She was very friendly and made the tour highly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A lot of walking, 4 metro rides. You see a lot of the biggest landmarks in Paris. Highly recommend taking this tour in the beginning of your trip to Paris so you can get your bearings in the city. Convenient meeting point!

I actually checked the reviews before booking this tour and i actually got very disappointed. Considering that we were going to have only 2 and a half days in Paris, this was a good tour to see must visits of Paris, however, not enough information about the city and places that we visited was provided to us. Our guide would just give us a very brief overall info about the sights, where, I believe we could easily learn a lot more if we searched ourselves… our tour guy, Barbara, was not enough entertaining.. during our walks from point to point, she would not communicate at all. Considering that we were group of 4 in the tour, it could definitely be a lot easier for her to take control of the group…

The walking tour was a wonderful introduction to the city! Our guide was from New York actually and she was so fun, knowledgeable and knew exactly what information tourists need to navigate Paris well. She also made sure we had snack and bathroom stops (very important in a public toilet sparse city)!! We took funny pictures holding the Eiffel Tower and most importantly, rode the metro, allowing us to familiarize ourselves with the process and become proficient at getting around on our own. Highly recommend this tour!

Great way to be introduced to the great structures of Paris, some interesting facts and the history of them. Daniel did a great job in explaining how to navigate the public transportation system and where you were if you decide to come back later on further explore some of these landmarks in great detail. Highly recommend for the beginning of your stay in Paris.

This experience felt less like a traditional tour and more like an orientation to Paris. Our guide walked us through different districts and highlighted what to see in each area, on our own time after the tour. We were shown how to navigate the subway. We received other recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore independently. One other noteworthy item- this is the first time I’ve experienced a guide requesting tips which was unexpected. I will say that I generally give tips, however, explicitly requesting them was surprising.

This was a great introduction to Paris! We saw many highlights in 3 hours. We also learned about riding the subway which was very useful. I recommend this tour at the beginning of your visit so you get a preview of many of the wonderful options to see in Paris.
We were a small group of four so we got to see a lot and ask many questions of our guide.
Aurora was running just a few minutes late because she was completing a previous tour. So we contacted Viator and they reassured us immediately that our tour guide would be there in just a few minutes. And she was! Great customer service.
Aurora was charming, knowledgeable, and yet quick to admit if she did not have an answer for us. I love the fact that she was from Norway so I could speak Norwegian with her.

Yasemin was enthusiastic and fun. She shared a wealth of cultural knowledge about all of the sights. Learning how to ride the metro was invaluable. Be prepared for walking and lots of up and down stairs!

It was a great experience. You got to learn the history of the most important tourist places in Parish with a fun and knowledgeable tourist guide. Olivia was excellent, fun, patient and very knowledgeable. She didn’t make you feel rush you, but got to show you everything they mentioned when you booked the tour.

The tour was okay and the guide was very good, but the tour title is misleading. We did not see, pass by, or hear stories about 15+ attractions. At best we stopped, photographed and heard about half; the other half were pointed to in the distance with little to no commentary and a couple of these had no mention or location identified at all.

I’d like to clarify how the tour is structured, as there can sometimes be a misunderstanding around the “15+ sights” format. The experience is designed as a fast-paced overview of central Paris, where guests are introduced to a wide range of landmarks within a limited timeframe. This means some sights are stopped at and explored in more detail, while others are pointed out, explained, and placed into context as we move between locations.
This approach allows us to cover a broad number of highlights in a relatively short tour, which is exactly what many travellers are looking for. That said, all locations listed are included within the route and commentary, even if not every single one involves a full stop.
We do take your feedback seriously, particularly regarding clarity of explanations and visibility of certain landmarks, and we will review this with the guide to ensure all points are clearly identified and properly introduced.
