Poor- alot of tavelling for very little swim time.

Travel on coach for over an hour, walked across road to harbour and boat. Got onboard, with no welcome or conversation from any crew member. Set off with no safety advice/instruction, no announcements made at all. Boat travelled up coast to Blue Lagoin where anchor was dropped and we stopped. Again, no announcement. As I went to jump off the boat, I asked a crew member how long the swim stop was for, he looked at his watch and said "about 40 minutes now". I jumped in, had a swim but daren't stay in too long. Got back on board to dry off and noticed small plastic cups of juice and wine and a bowl of cut up apple pieces on the bar top. At no point was an announcement made to invite us to take some. A couple of people did, so then we went to get some. Boat set off back, got back to harbour and got off boat. Still no member of crew spoke. The same girl met us on the quayside and marched us back to the coach. Another hour or so travelling back via drop-offs. At one point the driver nearly sent us all down the bus as braked so hard and suddenly as finally realised he was going through a red traffic light. Was glad to get off bus. Overall... I think it was too much travelling for very little swimming. Customer service and interaction was non-existant. Not value for money, or very enjoyable.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry that you focused so strongly on the negative aspects of the day that it left you with such a disappointing impression. Unfortunately, no one has yet invented a way to transport 50 people by coach, pick everyone up from different locations and return them afterwards without spending some time on the road. This is simply how group tours work. If you prefer to avoid shared transfers, waiting times and travelling with other guests, a private trip would certainly be a better option — although, of course, it comes at a different price. We appreciate your comments and wish you many enjoyable travels in the future.

the only downside, they only had a limited amount of snorkeling masks, most people never had them. also I'll think they should've docked a bit closer in, to get the full effect of the lagoon

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry that there weren’t enough snorkeling masks for everyone. Please note that the mooring places in the Blue Lagoon are designated, and boats must use their assigned spots. During the high season, some equipment can unfortunately be in limited supply due to the large number of visitors. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope that you still had a wonderful time and that your experience at the beautiful Blue Lagoon remained a memorable one! 💙
