Nice tour. The guide offer many historical details and curiosities about the sites and cities. I would have missed otherwise.

This tour gave us a great opportunity to see a lot in three hours. Meeting at the Galleria was beautiful, the Duomo was magnificent from top to bottom and the castle was nice to see. There is a lot of walking and it’s paced at a good speed to be able to get everything in. The gelato at the end makes everything worth it. Our tour guide Marco was an absolute gem. Worth the money for everything included.

Excellent tour. Mr. MARTINO is a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. The view from the rooftop of the Duomo di Milano is amazing. Loved the ice cream toward the end!

Mr. Allessandro was very knowledgable and gave a great narration throughout the tour. We 'skipped the line' at the Duomo rooftop, and were able to explore while he shared history and details of the building that definitely enhanced our visit. We were also able to walk through the church itself during a service (outside the central service area) and learn a bit about the rennovations and design details of the church itself.
We proceeded from there for gelato (the group was ready for a little break), and then on to castle sforza and more history of the area and the castle itself. We wrapped up back at the galleria.
All in all a very informative and entertaining way to get some history and guided sightseeing around the center of Milan

We really enjoyed the roof top Duomo tour the best! Also the gelato hit the spot! Allesandro ( our guide) was very nice and knowledgeable ! The views from the rooftop and history of the duomo was just what we wanted!!

This was a great morning in Milan! We were only in town for 48 hours between stops and this tour with Mr. Victor was perfect. He shared so much historical knowledge combined with cultural insights and personal info about the city and the Duomo. Victor went above and beyond and was not just telling us the basics… we learned a ton in a fun way, not in “boring tour” way. I honestly would love for Patrick to take us all over Milan! Highly recommend, worth the money to skip the line, see the rooftop, the Galleria and the Castle!

Very good tour! Martino was very knowledgeable and engaging…perfect for seeing a bit of Milan on my own following a hectic work trip. Duomo was the highlight but we learned just enough about the other stops and the ice cream was a nice mid- tour treat.

A very good tour!! Marco our guide had an excellent personality and gave us a lot of information/insight into the area and the sites. There was flat walking overall, but streets with cobblestones can be more difficult for some. Also some stairs and uneven walking on rooftop at Duomo may be challenging for some. Just need to be aware and wear good shoes, etc. great views on the rooftop

The tour was approximately 3 hours. It was wonderful to see and learn so much history in such a short amount of time. Alessandro did a fantastic job. My favorite part was seeing Milan and the distant mountains (Alps and Apennines) from the top of the Duomo. I also appreciated that Alessandro had a great sense of humor. It made the tour feel like we were led by a friend.

Had such a fantastic time on this tour, Martino was friendly and very knowledgeable, you could see his passion and excitement when talking shine through. The gelato he picked out was fantastic too and he was great with our 4 year old. Would 100% recommend this tour.

skip the line and with a guide is the only way to go - to learn more! the experience is must better hearing the history and details of the duomo

Great tour, the Duomo is so beautiful. The rooftop and inside experience is very interesting and Giorgio was an excellent guide.
The gelato was excellent

I was told that this tour included entry into La Scalia and Sforza castle in addition to the Milan Duimo but it was just a tour outside the La Scala Theater and the Sforza Castle .
Does not have enough time to take pictures or guide did not recommend photo spots .
Response from Host, Jul 2024
Dear Maria,
It is never mentioned anywhere that this tour includes the entrance to La Scala Museum, please kindly let us know where you saw it, because what you write is not correct (''I was told that this tour included entry into La Scalia''). Moreover, it is physically impossible to visit in 3 hours La Scala as well - 3 hours are sufficient to visit Duomo with rooftop, Sforza Castle, Galleria & Piazza della Scala.
The entrance to Sforza Castle is always included in the tour which you correctly visited inside with your guide (the inside part of the courtyard of the Sforza Castle). There are various small museums inside the Castle but they are not related to the castle itself (e.g. Egyptian museum, furniture museum, etc).
We kindly suggest to read more carefully the descriptions of the tours you book online before doing a reservation to avoid any disappointments.
Kind regards
Marco

Our guide was knowledgeable and quick with a story about the Duomo or the Castle. He also was ready and quick with an answer to most off hand questions. He made it easy for our group to get around and let us pause for photos wherever we wanted. Great tour!

This is a great tour if you are looking for a taste of the main attractions in Milan. The tour was a good length with a kind guide who genuinely seemed to enjoy showing us around. The group was small and personal, but the provided earbuds made it easy to hear the guide while walking out of earshot.
This was the first tour in Italy I went on and I was not disappointed. You get to see the beautiful stained glass inside the Duomo and the spires on the terrace. The view was beautiful from the rooftop and we saw a historical baptism pool below the cathedral too.
The gelato was very good, we asked for our guide's recommendation of flavors to choose and ended up trying something new-- caramelized fig! That was unusual for us but tasted very good and sweet.
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II was amazing to see with its tall glass roof. At the end of the tour, we went to the Sforza Castle which was pretty interesting too. Keep an eye out for cute little cats in the empty moat! We saw two!
To be honest, this tour was basically as advertised. The only differences we saw in real life was that our tour did not end back at the Galleria, it ended at the Sforza Castle (which we actually preferred, it is not that far a walk) and that there was some trouble with the Duomo personnel not honoring skip-the-line-tickets that the cathedral themselves had sold. Our guide was very good though and she was able to handle the situation and ensure that we did not wait in a very long line. Just be flexible and enjoy the sights, the outside of the Duomo is very interesting to look at up close as well.
We also were able to ask our guide about the city, where to eat, how to get around, and she was glad to help.
This tour is WORTH THE MONEY! I would recommend this if you want a little taste of everything!

Our guide was excellent-very knowledgeable, interesting and she set a very good pace for our tour. We had a wonderful immersion into the history of the Duomo, a sense of the history of Milan and some delicious gelato

Giorgio was a great guide! Very knowledgeable and engaging. This was a unique tour and view of Milan, would definitely recommend.

The tour with Giorgio was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and personable. I feel like I got such a unique and informative experience and with everything that was included, excellent value for what was paid. I've already recommended it to 10 other people. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful way for people to get to know the heart and history of Milan!

This was such a lovely tour! It was our first trip to Milan and we did not have much time here so wanted to try the best of it just in 2 days... We don't like huge crowded tours so this seemed like something almost private and more curated experience, and indeed it was delivered as promised, small group (we were just 9 people). Our guide Martino was very passionate and the whole experience was very informative but also entertaining. Duomo rooftop is amazing, and I think most other similar tours do not include it. Thank you Martino
