The most fun cooking you will ever have! We enjoyed our host family so much, what great people they all were and family friend Josh was great as well. You will have fun leaning to make pasta with other guests and guided by Enzo and family. What turns out is a great meal in a lovely setting with hostl you will never forget!

We had the best time with Enza and Antonio at their beautiful home! We felt so welcomed and can't thank them enough. We appreciate all they did to make our evening enjoyable and unforgettable. We loved the delicious orecchiette, macaroni, and Antonio's homemade limoncello with lemons from their garden. Antonio made a video for all and Enzo shares her recipes! We highly recommend their pasta making class at their home!

Full of heart in the heart of Puglia

This was by far our favorite excursion during our 2 week stay in Puglia. When you join Enza & Antonio in their home, you are family. From the moment you walk into their picturesque garden complete with a swimming pool, tree swing, and canopy patio you are filled with joyful genuine kindness and warmth. Even Jambo the golden lab comes to greet you enthusiastically with full body wiggles. Our night was filled with authentic family recipes and stories to include how they met. Their adult children happen to home and helped as well and they are equally charming and engaging. Our class was very well thought out around a wooden table on their floral bejeweled patio. Between laughter and connection Enza skillfully and effortlessly walked us through how to make macaroni as well as orecchiette. Always encouraging and graceful in their teaching the whole family helped each of us to success. After a quick clean up and transition to a dining set up, we sat down together and enjoyed what we had all made together. Two different sauces and some local delicious wine paired beautifully with our home made community pasta. To top off the evening Enza shared her personal blueberry pie made with a rye crust. Unique refreshing and healthy. And through it all, the family captured every precious moment on film, presenting us with a home video of the entire night that they shared for us to keep. This wasn’t just a class, it was a heart warming and soul refreshing experience that will renew your faith in the human spirit.

What a fantastic experience!! This was one of the highlights of my family's trip. Enza, Antonio and their two daughters(and of course Jambo, their sweet yellow lab!!) were such a beautiful and kind family! From the moment we arrived with the warm welcomes to the hugs goodbye, we felt so at home! The appetizer spread was incredible. The cooking class itself was so fun and entertaining, and the dinner afterwards was just fantastic! I highly recommend this excursion for a truly memorable experience!! Thank you Enza and Antonio for such an amazing experience!!

Wonderful experience! My family and I really enjoyed the charcuterie board offerings (many were homemade) very delicious and elegantly presented. This was given at the beginning of our evening along with the option of a glass of Prosecco. Then on to hands on learning how to make fresh pasta. Lots of fun and laughter with everyone. Our pasta was cooked by our hosts and served to us with delicious homemade sauce. We finished our dinner with homemade pie and limoncello. I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

There were 8 people on the course, it was very interesting and fun. The whole concept was thoughtfully put together and the mixture of drinks with a huge tray of olives, dried tomatoes etc., was an excellent start. The pasta making was fun and then sitting all together to enjoy the pasta and sauces Enza had made the whole experience one to remember.

Enza and Antonio are warm and welcoming people with a beautiful home in which we were invitet to create a magnificent dinner. All the fruit and vegetables com from their garden and all of what they gave us to try was handmade and local. We left the evening with full bellys and a lot of recommendations for places to buy food and wine. We would 100% do this class again!

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic time at the pasta cooking class during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, their warmth and passion for Italian cuisine were contagious. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the quality ingredients to the final tasting of our dishes, which turned out absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this class highly enough. We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class in Puglia! Enza and her husband were so kind and welcoming they truly made us feel like part of their family, like we were right at home. We learned how to make orecchiette and maccheroni, and it was so much fun to get hands-on with the pasta. Tasting what we made afterwards was such a treat, it was absolutely delicious! One of the highlights was meeting and connecting with people from different parts of the world, all brought together by our love for pasta. I honestly didn’t want the class to end and wished it was longer. This was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia. P.S. They also had a surprise at the end!!!!
