We had the best time on the boat tour with Gabriel. He took us to the nicest places and provided some history and background about the area. The water was amazing, and we got to see some fish. On top of that, we each had a beer, free snorkeling equipment, and a GoPro camera to use. Gabriel then sent all the photos, for free!! Wow. What an amazing experience. We will definitely do this again next time we are in Cagliari. Thank you Gabriel and the family for an unforgettable experience!!

Great way to get out and...

Great way to get out and see a couple beaches, learn some about the area, and see a couple beaches. We stopped at 4 different spots and were able to swim at all of them. The last one we were able to swim to shore and go on the beach for a minute. For the snorkeling gear, it was only goggles. Which was still great to be able to see under water but there wasn’t an actual snorkel. It was fun to use the go pro and be able to take our own underwater videos. I recommend this tour.

Epic Fail

We were really looking forward to this excursion. We got to the location to be taken out on this little boat that 6 of us didn't really fit on, to be returned after a 10 min ride because we were not on the right tour. Point to this is….i called the tour operator and got no answer. I sent a chat message and got no response. We asked several people and they said yes we were in right location. I called Viator too and didn’t want to waste my day in Cagliari on the phone. Now I hope Viator refunds us!

Dear Kathy you booked a tour at 9.15am and did not show up at the scheduled time, for this reason we have called you and sent many messages to the telephone number indicated by you in the reservation and we have not received any response from you. We waited for you for 35 minutes and this caused considerable inconvenience to the other guests because you booked a shared tour and also to us who do the afternoon tours, causing us to delay all subsequent guests. This was a huge disrespect. Our telephone number is indicated in the reservation and we didn't receive any call by you, why didn't you call immediately when you had the wrong location instead of asking strangers? Don't accuse us of mistakes that were made by you, because we waited for you, called and texted you, as we always do.

Beautiful coastline

The only thing I would have done differently would have been booking a longer trip to the Dolomites coastline but this was a short day at port on our cruise. There probably wouldn't have been enough time.

Thank you for your review! I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by Dolomites coastline, the description of our service is very precise and the three and a half hour tour includes a visit to the beaches of Cagliari not to the Dolomites.

If I could give less than one store, I would do it. This was a terrible experience for me. I arrived one hour early. The directions were not clear. I had to call multiple times just to find out exactly where they were once I did find them they had overbooked so they were making excuse after excuse not to let me on the boat thinking that maybe I was Less mobile or be May because I’m a bit overweight I don’t know. The captain of the ship said I want you to know I’m not gonna help you get on and off the boat except for putting out my hand. What is that supposed to mean then they were trying to tell me that I might have difficulty getting on and off the boat because there’s a small ladder I said well I won’t get off the boat. I’ll just sit there while everyone else swims, and still, they kept on trying to make excuses not to let me on the boat. Basically they overbooked and didn’t have space for me. This was horrible because I came to Sardinia for one day only and my plan was to take this tour to be able to see the beaches not only did it with my day but the entire trip.

Dear Linda, we are very sorry that you were unable to participate in the tour, but the real reason for your non-participation was neither overbooking (because with you there would have been 11 guests and the boat can carry 12) nor your weight, but the fact that you were carrying a walker, which you did not inform us about in advance, and which we could not accommodate in any way on our boat or leave unattended on the dock, as we explained to you. If you had warned us before booking we would have warned you that we couldn't take it with us because the boat is a dinghy (as you will have seen in the photos) with limited space for personal belongings. We are always available to guests when they do not find the meeting point (which was done with you) and to help them get on and off the boat, but within our possibilities then gently offering the hand. We don’t really deserve this review because you haven’t lived 360 degrees of our experience and described facts that didn’t really happen, omitting important details.

amazing tour

My husband, myself and our 5 kids aged from 14-24 did this tour on a day trip in Sardinia while on a cruise. This tour is absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations, we departed at 10 am sharp and returned on time to catch our cruise ship back. There were only an other couple with us on the boat so it was very chill if we wanted to stay at certain stop longer than an other. The second stop (I don’t remember the name of it but you could swim up to some caves) was particularly amazing. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great few hours on the water in Cagliari.

We really appreciated the professionalism of skipper Francesco, the attachment to the sea of Cagliari and the land of Sardinia, gave essential information and curiosity of the environments visited almost as if it were an outing with friends. The stops and dips in the sea very pleasant. Lovely surroundings! We had a really good time. We recommend the experience both as a couple and as a family!

Il punto di ritrovo è semplice da trovare, i ragazzi che ci hanno accompagnato sono stati fantastici e le zone visitate sono incantevoli. Il gommone è spazioso e ben attrezzato (anche con maschere per lo snorkeling e bibite per rinfrescarsi). Inoltre, al ritorno si è proprio nel centro della movida cagliaritana, i ragazzi ci hanno consigliato anche alcuni locali particolarmente scenici per la serata. Ottima esperienza!
