Great day out in Busan with the best guide ever, Kayla. Be prepared for some steep uneven steps at the beach temple, so no good for people with mobility issues. Got to see so much in a day and great vibes everywhere we went. Very busy as a Saturday but we many to do everything and get back to the shop in plenty of time. Make sure to ask for Kayla, she is so funny and knowledgeable

We were tight on time today, from 8 till 3:30 pm, but Kang guided us to Busan’s most beautiful places. He always gave clear instructions with a friendly smile, and kept our large group on schedule.

Wow! So glad we booked this, lovely air conditioned bus, Joe, our tour guide spoke perfect English & gave us lots of information at our various stops. We particularly enjoyed the UN memorial, which was very moving. Much more cost effective than the ship excursion! Highly recommended xx

We noticed that three places on the itinerary were not visited, and two of them included entrance fees.
Would it be possible to receive a refund for those unused entrance fees?

For cruise guests, time is often very limited, and all destinations must be visited within the ship’s docking schedule. Because of this, if the port stay is shorter than expected, some attractions may need to be skipped or changed depending on the situation.
Therefore, even if a location with an included admission ticket could not be visited, we are unable to provide a refund for the admission fee.
We are continuously working to improve guide training and enhance the overall quality of the tour in order to provide the best possible experience within the limited time available.

Joe was an amazing tour guide - he gave us all the information we needed and helped us find the things we were most interested in seeing. It is a packed itinerary but we did not feel rushed - we felt we had enough time in each spot to appreciate the place. This activity is in a very luxurious, comfortable and clean limousine coach bus. This tour is excellent value for money and you really do see the best of Busan!

Gamcheon Village was interesting and different to all the other stops in Korea. Seaside, Haedong temple was nice but crowded as there were 2 cruise ships in town. The United Nations Memorial cemetery was great, thought prevoking experience and a history of Korea.

We had an amazing time on the tour. Brent was an amazing tour guide. He was informative and helpful, answered all questions, and was very punctual. He made sure we all were made aware of what bus we were on, where we were meeting, and the meeting spot. He promised not to lose any of us and when a couple of guest were a few minutes late to the meeting point he went to get them. I give Brent 5 stars all around!! Excellent!
