This was an awesome experience, I highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room on the boat to walk around and different areas to sit. There is so much to see and the ride seemed to go so quick- it didn't feel like 90 minutes :) Lovely complimentary food and hot drinks, and a nice little shop to buy cold drinks from.

Friendly attentive staff, pleasant short river trip. Commentary interesting and informative-plenty enough to keep our interest as we also wanted to enjoy the experience without a full on history lecture. Fully stocked bar -( pay ) Included in the price was a selection of afternoon tea sweet pastries/buns. Tea/coffee, nothing special but I thought it was a good value trip and would happily do it again if I had the opportunity. P.s. The boarding point was right by the state library. We got there very early, and went in to their cafe to wait, lovely, quiet, air conditioned cafe overlooking the river, so we could see our boat coming in to moor.

We had a great time on the boat ride. They gave us all the history of everything we saw, & the boat layout made it easy for all on board to see. They also had refreshments available- some for purchase. We would recommend this excursion to all ages.

When we went to the dock for our cruise, we were told that there wasn't a cruise at that time! Very disappointing!

Hello, It appears as Viator had offered and sold tickets to an unscheduled cruise, unfortunately, we had no hand in this and only became aware of the issue when you came to the pontoon. We realised that this was no fault of your own and offered you tickets for a cruise at a higher value than what you had purchased. The offer was accepted and you went ahead to join us for one of our Sunset Cruises. We understand that it is a frustrating situation but it should have been expressed towards Viator. We did everything we could to make sure you had a good day and were under the impression that you were happy with the resolution.
