Paella cooking demonstration
We had a fantastic time at this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We were greeted right on time at the meeting point by the chef, who made us feel very welcome. We were then shown to a cosy kitchen workstation, where a selection of olives, cheeses, and cured meats was waiting for us to enjoy while we watched the demonstration.
There was just one other couple attending, which made the experience feel relaxed, personal, and interactive. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the paella-making process and sharing the history and traditions behind this iconic Spanish dish. It was both interesting and entertaining.
After the demonstration, we enjoyed the freshly cooked paella on a lovely rooftop terrace, accompanied by delicious sangria. It was the perfect way to finish the experience.
If you’re looking for an authentic, enjoyable, and memorable food experience, this is definitely worth doing!

Fantastic experience learning to cook Spanish food
Maria and Loki were fantastic. They made the class interesting and we learned a lot about Spanish cooking. Each person is actively participating in the class for each dish. They also made a delicious sangria and a refreshing dessert drink. The class was very accommodating to food preferences and allergies. Was one of the top cooking classes we've taken.

Great paella class with Fernando!
This was a great experience with Fernando as the instructor. Fernando was very friendly and knowledgeable about paella and its importance in Spanish culture. The location was very scenic and great for pictures. The final paella was absolutely delicious and we will def make the recipe at home!

Amazing!
Cooking classes are always a highlight for us, and this was no different! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Dom and Miguel were a great team! Both were engaging, funny and the perfect hosts. We started with sangria, which was not the typical sangria you think of (think sugary hangover). They were very accommodating and made a variation, tinto de verano, for those who preferred. Next we made salmorejo, an Andalusian cold tomato soup, but this is no gazpacho! We then made espinacas con garbanzos, an authentic tapa which was delicious. Finally, we made paella. Dom explained the real story behind the dish. We all had an opportunity to participate in the meal prep, and had a great time chatting with our cooking peers. The end of the meal showcased a delicious lemon sorbet with cava. Overall, this was a great experience. It was fun, informative and, having taken other cooking classes, we felt the food quality was outstanding and worth the price. 😊
