Nami Island day tour
Gwan was a great guide, clear instructions and fun.
The day was long but we cover some distance, the Garden of Morning Calm was beautiful with spring flowers.
The restaurant Gwan recommended for lunch (own expense, very reasonable price) was delicious.
Nami island was peaceful and Rail bike was fun to finish the day before returning to Seoul. Highly recommend for a day out of the city.

Enjoyed nature of Korea
We had a wonderful day with Andrew through three very amazing nature spots in Korea. Was a nice mix of some walking/hiking (but not too much) and enjoying the sights. Would definitely recommend to others especially when there is nice weather like we had today

DMZ tour
Amazing experience travelling around the DMZ with Winnie, the best tour guide. Humbling experience and incredible to see North Korea, the 3rd Tunnel and the swinging bridge. Does include a small hike and walking in confined spaces in the Tunnel but well worth booking with Winnie.

Jason DMZ
Jason was honestly one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. From the moment the tour started, he made the entire experience engaging, informative, and memorable. His explanations about the history of the DMZ and each stop along the way were incredibly detailed and easy to understand. You could tell he was truly passionate about sharing the history and significance of everything we visited.
What really made the tour stand out was Jason’s personal background serving in the South Korean army. Hearing his firsthand experiences and insights added a completely different level of depth and authenticity to the tour that you simply can’t get from reading a brochure or listening to a scripted guide. He answered every question thoughtfully and made sure everyone felt involved throughout the day.
Jason balanced history, storytelling, and humor perfectly, making the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. If you’re planning a DMZ tour, I highly recommend hoping you get Jason as your guide!

Our itinerary changed...
Our itinerary changed slightly due to some special holiday. But overall this is a great your. We went to the Ginseng museum which is very interesting with no pressure to buy. We had a great lunch at Insadong. We got a taste of the twisted donut and walked around the Gwangjang market. Namsangol Hanok village was very interesting with some very steep slopes. This tired some of us out for the Bukchon Hanok village after. Our guide Sunny is very attentive, providing us with up to date information all the time. She gave us some background of Korea history on the tour and she speaks very good English.

Do this instead
This day trip was one of the highlights of our time in South Korea! It was the perfect way to get away from the busy streets of Seoul and experience the beautiful countryside, peaceful nature, and charming small towns. Every stop felt unique and gave us a chance to see a different side of Korea that we would never have discovered on our own.
What really made the experience unforgettable was our tour guide, Rose. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of energy throughout the entire day. She explained everything clearly in English, translated when needed, and made everyone feel comfortable and included. Her stories, jokes, and local knowledge made the trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience.
The whole tour was well organized, relaxing, and filled with beautiful scenery. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul who wants to explore beyond the city!

Hanbok style tour.
The "Seoul city private full day tour including lunch " was the best tour I ever had. The guest was just me with my husband so we decide where and what to do . I enjoyed visiting the N Seoul tower and also visiting the C palace. I decided to wear a hanbok dress , feeling korean style . I had too much fun learning the history of Korean . Thanks to our best tour guide name Brian Jeong.

Thank you
Korea’s natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking — from lush green mountains to the serene waterways around the Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island, every view felt like a postcard come to life. Zip-lining into Nami Island was such a thrill, soaring over the river with the wind rushing past and the trees spreading out below. The speedboat ride added even more excitement — fast, fun, and unforgettable!
Sampling all the different local snacks was another highlight — each one delicious and full of unique Korean flavors. A huge thank-you to our guide, June, for being so friendly, informative, and making the whole experience even more special.
And special appreciation to our bus driver, who navigated the busy Saturday traffic with such care and patience. It was an incredible day — adventure, culture, and nature all perfectly combined!

DMZ alternative tour
We had booked a DMZ tour but found out a few days prior that the DMZ was closed due to a marathon event. We opted to do the “alternative tour” and we were not disappointed. Dora was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide. She shared a lot of stories and information in a fun way, that both my parents and my children could enjoy! The alternative tour included the peace park with a gondola ride, a question and answer time with a North Korean Defector, and we ended the tour at the Odusan Unification Tower. My mom said this experience was the highlight of her trip to Korea. Thanks, Dora!

Historical sites mixed with a new and very trendy one
I loved seeing the Hwaseong Fortress. It was so much easier for me to picture Seoul in the Joseon era after seeing the site. There is a lot of walking and it’s hilly but it’s beautiful. I thought the palaces in Seoul were more interesting but enjoyed seeing the destination of a famous historical event, the queen’s birthday party. Midday we stopped for lunch at the mall where the Starfield Library is located. It’s a pretty place and quite popular for selfies. However it’s not the one I was expecting which turned out to be in Gangham. (I visited that one separately and probably wouldn’t do that again. It’s a madhouse!) The rest of the tour consisted of visiting the folk village which I was happy to see. The houses are authentic although recreated onsite for historical interest. Through all of this our guide, Peter, was interesting, informative and fun.

We experienced this tour...
We experienced this tour with Judy as our guide. She was engaging and informative. It was fascinating to learn the history and about the work towards peace between the two sides.
It was a small group of 8 people which was excellent and would definitely recommend Judy and this tour.
