It's a very homey hands-on experience! Basically one-on-one which is the best. Taku-san was very knowledgeable about soba and it was fun to hear about soba culture vs udon culture. He's patient and encouraging in his guidance so it's easy to feel at ease under his tutelage! The soba itself was delicious (even more so since we made it ourselves) and a completely different experience compared to non-fresh soba noodles. You get to enjoy both cold soba and hot soba then you end off with Sobayu (the water in which soba was boiled in). We enjoyed the Ezo deer shabu shabu and the soba a lot, and would absolutely recommend this experience with Taku-san! :)

It’s a really lovely and unique experience. Our tour guide Oscar was lively and engaging, and trilingual. The driver was steady and safe, lulling me to sleep in the downtimes between events. A zoo in wintertime and 5 feet of snow was a brand new context for me. Nice to see a polar bear in its natural habitat. We also got to see a half frozen waterfall which seemed both natural and unnatural at the same time. Lunch was yummy and plentiful, buffet style. All in all a great trip, but be mindful it is a full day experience and weather can lengthen it unexpectedly

Very good service. Drivers are friendly, professional and extremely punctual. The pick up at the hotel is earlier than planned and the drivers waited for us patiently. I initially did not dare to book as there is not much reviews, but after using them, they are a trusted company. You can customise your itinerary with the company.

We had a wonderful one-day trip to Furano and Biei and chose the first itinerary option, which was very well planned and comfortable. Our driver Andrew picked us up directly from Hotel Mystays Sapporo Aspen right on time and dropped us back at the hotel at the end of the day, making the entire trip completely hassle-free, especially as we were traveling as a family. Andrew was very patient, friendly, and professional. He waited for us at every stop without rushing and also shared helpful suggestions on nearby places to visit, along with recommendations for his favorite local restaurant, which added a nice personal touch to the trip. The itinerary was well paced and covered all the key highlights: Farm Tomita Furano Marche (lunch stop) Shikisai no Oka Blue Pond Shirahige Waterfall The private car was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and well organized. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hokkaido, especially families or those looking for a relaxed and flexible sightseeing experience. 😊

It was a unique experience. The hosts were very sweet and lovely. They were running behind schedule the day we booked and asked us to come later which was no problem. The ad also mentions tempura. Please note there is no demo or instructions but they make it and serve it to you. It was excellent. Make sure if you go not to eat because you eat your soba noodles and delicious tempura. Very filling food. Enjoyed the experience. One suggestion is the signage on the event space is very poor. Very difficult to find.

Must do tour with a private guide. Kumiko,our guide, took us to a restaurant the locals enjoy and other sights. Finished at the Beer Museum 🍺. All the way around we had some great conversation and a few laughs as well. Highly recommend this tour and guide.

Roy Aoki was very knowledgeable about Sapporo and helped me plan a custom trip suited to my needs. We were able to walk around Sapporo in refreshing weather, visiting the Sapporo Beer Museum, Tower 38 Observatory, Odori Park among others. The tour guide Roy Aoki also spoke excellent English and we were able to discuss many things about Sapporo

This was a very fun tour, even for my teen kids. After the whiskey museum, we spent a few hours exploring Otaru, discovering different foods, glass products and small specialty shops. Masaru is a great driver and very accommodating. He even took us to a sake brewery after we told him how much we enjoyed Japanese sake. Overall a very enjoyable day.
